Palms To Pines Towing

I called AAA with a request to have my wife’s car towed since her engine coolant was leaking. Within 20 minutes Palms to Pines was there. The tow truck driver was courteous, professional, attentive and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Strongly recommend !!!

Our car overheated on the climb up the 74, luckily near a call box because there was no cell phone coverage. Jimmy drove up to our rescue and carried us back down. Jimmy is one of the finest human beings that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Jimmy for your OUTSTANDING customer service.

I have used palms to pines towing a few times (through AAA). Always had a positive experience. Needed a jump recently, Andy was quick to respond, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them whether you have AAA or not.

Excellent service this evening using my AAA and Palms to Pines Towing. Wait was only 25 minutes. My car was loaded onto a flatbed and taken to my mechanic for repair. The tow truck driver «Jeff» was professional and friendly. This is my second time using Palms to Pines. About a year ago I had a flat and the service was also quick and easy. I have AAA and Palms to Pines towing has responded various times to our needs in the three years we have been here.
Today was an exceptional day. You see, yesterday I was about to pick up my son from school and my car wouldn’t start. We are lucky to have a second car so we planned on hashing it out this morning.
After dropping off the kids we call AAA for their assistance. Palms to Pines towing responds and sends Eddie in his Prius to check out the issue. It ends up being the battery that I replaced in July of 2013. He replaces the battery in my garage which was AWESOME.
Here comes the good part. He stated that the warranty had been used for 14 months so I was awaiting the DREADED pro-​rate charge. Instead, he clarified that my warranty would now run for 22 more months. I like this better than having to get nickel and dimed when I initially received a crappy product.
The shop I visited last year DID pro-​rate the cost of the new battery so keep that in mind the next time your car does not kick over and your warranty is still valid.
