Jeri (yes, a man) at R&R Towing was truly my knight in shining armor. My two 16yo daughters and I were traveling in a U Haul, towing our van, on our way from the Phoenix area to the Seattle area. Since it was just the three of us girls, I purposely chose I-​5 for it busyness as I felt it was safer than the shorter route through Boise. We had planned on staying that night in Loma Linda, only 70 miles from where we broke down. But break down, we did.
The sun was in our eyes, so the girls put up the sun protector as I attempted to get ahold of U Haul. The sun was setting, and where we were, the trucks come barreling down, through a curve where we sat at the end of. It took about an hour to get U Haul to fully respond. The result was kudos for U Haul in that my representative understood the seriousness of where we were sitting and escalated to a non-​U Haul «approved» vendor, R&R Towing due to our situation. Thank God, because if Jeri had been 15 more minutes, I’d likely have been calling 911 to avoid feeling like a sitting duck.
But he arrived in time! The transmission on the truck was shot, so he followed me, caution light flash galore, down the hill to a truck stop.
But it didn’t stop there. He went on to argue with U Haul on what he thought needed to be provided us «ladies in distress»! The result was him leading us to the local U Haul, helping us lock up the truck, and escorting us to a local motel only a block away. He went so far as to check with the manager that there was a vacancy! The result was? I felt like he took care of us as he would his family! Absolutely no better or worse. I felt cared for and … may I say «loved»?
I have only PRAISE for Jeri and R&R Towing. They assisted me and my daughters when we felt very vulnerable.

Ogden is the tow truck drivers name, professional and efficient is his game!
He immediately assessed the spare tire and checked it for pressure. He then replaced the other with such efficiency I was taken aback. After exchanging my roadside service data I was off to the races… well under 55 mph of course!

I called R&R Towing to tow my car to a mechanic. I had been dealing with car issues for almost a week, was stressed out, frustrated, and anxious. I finally found a mechanic across town I wanted to take it to but it needed to be towed there.
I was nervous that riding would the driver would be uncomfortable or unsafe since I am a younger female and worried that I wouldn’t make it the mechanic on time. But when I told my driver that I had to be to the mechanic in an hour he was extremely efficient and very friendly at the same time. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe.
They got me to my mechanic in perfect timing, we’re very very nice to me and my insurance covered most of the cost. Great experience. Thank you R&R towing for making a stressful situation very pleasant.
