Expensive, untrustworthy and basically dishonest. Our caretaker hired them to clean our barbecue prior to our arrival from an extended time away. They charged for new briquettes that were not delivered. Claimed to steam clean and that did not happen. Over $ 400 in charges for services not performed. My bad in that I trusted a local firm which I believe is a rip off artist. Stay away! Scott B.

Outstanding job. Could not be happier with the results. Juan (the technician) spent almost 3 hours getting our grill back to near new condition. I couldn’t believe my eyes when he was done. Perhaps I shouldn’t wait 5 years to get it cleaned next time.

I never have written a Unilocal review before, but this one needs to be written. This is a local business and there was no shortages of companies to call to clean my heavily used BBQ.
I am glad I called them. They were on time, courteous, and clean.
They did a job I cannot believe. My BBQ looks brand new and cleaned in every corner. Even the Sear Burner, which was a mess, looks like it just came out of the box.
My suggestion, call them as they are great.

UPDATE: the owner, Steve, called later that evening to apologize for having a «rough day.» The next day one of his guys showed up and cleaned the mess up along with a better detailing job of the BBQ itself.
I am now quite satisfied with the finished job.
