Went here to make a wedding registry, was very excited to go around the store and scan all the items we would like. The lady that helped us was very nice but she stayed with us the entire time we went through the store and didn’t even let us hold the scanner, she scanned everything for us. She did not give us the option to walk by ourselves and I felt very uncomfortable trying to decided what I wanted with my fiancé in front of her. She ruined an experience we were looking forward to. Would not recommend doing your wedding registry here.

Arlyn has a great customer service personality. She is very professional and knows her product’s. She was very helpful when I asked her for help. Two thumbs up for Arlyn :) I will be shopping here more often.

I took in a Keurig Coffee Maker that I couldn’t get coffee for anywhere to bed bath & beyond and i was very frustrated at the time. Very few stores had the coffee for the Vue Keurig machine so the manager exchanged my Vue because i had purchased it at Bed Bath & Beyond for a different Kerieg machine of equal quality that had coffee that was available. I very much appreciated this Manager because how many of us want to go without our morning coffee. Now I’m a happy customer of my coffee and will continue to go to Bed Bath & Beyond

I like Bed, Bath & Beyond but not this one, in this location. The manager yelled at me for no reason other than a normal return but he acted like a dick the entire time to myself and other innocent shoppers. The employees were cool, and as I was talking to one I saw the manager outside yelling at an elderly lady. He needs to be fired as one of the people that is making Bed, Bath & Beyond a depressing place full of cotton. Oh well I guess I’ll just visit any of the million other locations. Like the one in La Quinta or Palm Springs.

Great place to shop and helpful manager. I promised I’d report on the Philips air fryer I bought. I LOVE IT! I’m using it to roast vegetables so I don’t use the oven during hot weather. It does a fabulous job!

This store is always clean, fully stocked and great for everyday and hard to find household items. They have the best bed linens here, high thread count and soft. We purchase all our bedding, bath and kitchenware here. This is also a great place to shop for gifts.
Rarely do I have to wait in line. They are usually quick to open up a new register if they are crowded. I’ve been shopping here since they opened, and have always received excellent service at the register and the floor if I need help with a particular item.
I save up my coupons, even the ones that have expired, because they will honor them.

This store has always been good to me with deals. But tonight was unreal! I walked in to the after Christmas sale and found some table clothes reduced to 2.99 then they were an additional 33 percent off. Unfortunately at the register they did not ring up properly and mix up after mix up occurred and somehow I ended up walking out of the triple b paying only 6.34 for 2 70 inch rounds and 4 60×84 oblongs! I love this store!

I love going in here because you can find so much shiet in here, and I always spend for freaking ever in here browsing for crap I don’t need. So thank you for keeping my a.d.d. ass entertained.
But why is it that whenever I go into a Beh-​Beh-​Beh (lazy man speak) two things happen:
1. It takes forever to find the stuff I actually need cuz they have soooo much in there (–1)
and
2. It takes just as long to find an available associate to assist me with questions, nevermind an associate who is knowledgeable about the products in that area… (–1)
They should have like a map and those little push-​for-​help buttons or something. It’s like getting separated from your group in Disneyland during holiday.
