Quality of work: 5 stars. Pricing: 1 star. Average: 3 stars. They quoted an absurd price of $ 700 to frame a poster, but said that their«sale» would reduce that to $ 300. I paid it, but sure felt ripped off.

Donna was incredibly helpful and patient and super nice. The buy one get one frame for a penny sale is the greatest deal!

The place to come for picture frames, especially those odd size and very large frames. They do custom framing and have standard size frames, as well as art supplies for artist in all of us. Many of my purchases here have been work-related for official document presentation frames. I’ve also purchased gifts from here. They have beautiful selections from which to choose. Frequently, there is a sale going on where you can buy one and get the second one for a cent, or you can find coupons online. Staff is always friendly and helpful. All my experiences here have been positive.

Their pricing is absurd! Came in with a 60% coupon for a poster to be framed. At the end it was going to cost almost $ 300.00 witth the retail being $ 750.00 which is pure robbery with an absurd mark up for Aaron Brothers. At $ 300.00 they are making a hefty margin. So never again will I enter their business to be ripped off like they do to the gullible American public.

The staff is very knowledgable, but I just don’t understand why framing costs so damn much. Unless, you buy into the custom packaging, just the frame alone for my painting was $ 1200! W H A T ?? So, therefore, you are forced to do the packaging, which then costs me $ 440. Again, W H A T ?? Unless, you have a ton of disposable income, the average person can’t afford this place.
