Came in expecting a quality steak dinner.
1.) Our first surprise came when ordering the Petit Filet Mignon Oscar. The price was $ 56 per order. We ordered 4.
2.) We were then surprised that the portion seemed more like 8oz. versus a smaller cut. Theoretically, this would have been OK, except:
3.) We were shocked when we were served sirloin (butt steak) versus a center cut filet as represented on the menu and represented on our bill.
4.) Our server’s name was Bill. When this was mentioned to him, he blew it off.
Brussel sprouts were good.

Don’t have any complaints. Pricey but worth it. Extremely professional staff, the whole staff addresses you by name. Food was great, environment was romantic. Held up every high standard the capital grille franchise has for itself.

Loved every bit of our dinner date tonight from the second we arrived ! No one was stuffy (like we have encountered at other steakhouses) from valet to the servers to the manager. Chris was our server and was super attentive and funny, made us laugh several times and he just made the night even more enjoyable ! Now down to the food. AMAZING, we both ordered filet, mine was ordered med and it came out absolutely perfect, my hubby’s was med well and cooked to perfection :) The flourless chocolate cake to top it all off was excellent as well ! Will def add to our list of favorite places to dine when we have a kid free night !

Our first time at Capital and I chose here for my fiancée’s birthday. The servers were incredible and very attentive and even gave us some confetti and a card for her.
I have to admit I was disappointed in the quality of the food though. The shrimp cocktail were tough and weren’t as big as they need to be to have that problem. I was not happy with my soup but I was starving so I ate half of it. And finally the filet came in 2 pieces and one was overlooked, the other was undercooked. The lobster mac was awesome though, and the lobster tails that came with my filets were very tender and flavorful.
I know restaurants have off nights so I will give them another try. I appreciate the service and overall the experience was very positive, I just feel like for the price it should have been perfect.

How can you ever go wrong at the Capital Grill?
Amazing steaks, pork chops and juicy chicken. The veggies are grilled to perfection,. Their mash potatoes are delicious. Always a huge great selection of wines.
My only complaint, I wish that they had, more vegetarian options! They do a Kobe burger once a year! You must try it along with their pairing of wines event! Which should be coming up soon! Worth every penny! We love the PGA location the best!

This was one of the greatest meals we have EVER had! Everything And I mean everything was perfect. Great service, ambiance, and the food was cooked to perfection. Anyone that rates this place less than 5 stars is crazy and has no taste buds! Ps order the cox it cream pie for desert

I was very excited to finally try the infamous Capital Grill but left disappointed. I ordered the lamb chops medium rare and they came out medium well and burned/​charred on the outside. Had I not been with guests I would have sent them back. You would think if you are spending $ 44 on ONLY a protein at a high-​end steakhouse that your meat would come out perfect. {{{SIGH}}}
On a positive note … The staff was INCREDIBLE … Our server was ON POINT and the wine was delicious!!!

II have the opportunity to go regularly go with my best friend and he and I are always satisfy in anything we get.
As a matter of fact we will be there again Saturday.
I must say my favorite is the filet Mignon, lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, as a side order to name a few. I always come back between Crème brûlée, choco cake.

Let me be clear, I don’t believe in five star reviews but the service was so amazing that is added volumes to the experience my boyfriend and I had at this capital grille location. They changed my opinion of Brussel sprouts and the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella is amazing. It seemed to be busy but even then our server was attentive and suggested the best meals. Very worth the trip.

The service is typical of what I generally expect at capital grill. The steaks were prepared delectably, the drinks were fabulous and the sides or memorable. But what really made our dining experience at capital grill remarkable was the impeccable service. I did note that on Unilocal there are a number of reviews that describe problems with service at this location. Interestingly I did not find this to be the case when we dined here. There is nothing further that I would add other than to say that this is exactly what I would’ve expected of this brand-​name in this location. Nothing more nothing less.

Although dinner is an experience in itself and perfect for along drawn out romantic date or entertaining business clients, we actually prefer to frequent the bar area. The bartenders are classy and professional. The food is always great. You cannot order anything wrong. 5 stars across the board.

Love the bar for people watching. Always delicious food. We went again recently right after work for a quick dinner. Filet — medium rare, cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. All were delicious! Ended with the cheesecake and a cappuccino. Will be back!

The pan seared scallops were so delicious. They were tenders and very moist with a delicious butter sauce. The asparagus were in a delicious butter &spice sauce. They were tender & so yummy. The salad was a variety of greens with yellow & red tomatoes, cucumbers, & olives in a vinaigrette dressing. The service was wonderful & I would go back there again. I give it a four stars. They had a variety of warm rolls with seeds, and delicious pita bread.

6−27−15 late night dinner. All three of us in the party ordered the filet with a side order of asparagus. We order our dinner medium rare and when the meal arrived it was more rare then medium center of the meat was cold. We had to send it back. short time later it was delivered by the executive chef he made sure the meal was correct they also gave us an extra order of asparagus. The food was delicious the service is over the top, this place is first class in all facets of the restaurant. They comped one of our desserts I was kind of surprised that the meat came out the way it did the first time time because this is their specialty with that being said will definitely come back again. Considering the quality which by the way was awesome and the size of the meat, the prices are right on the mark Our server Caesar was excellent this place does it right

We had a graduation dinner scheduled at Capital Grille on a Monday night. Reservations for 8 — obviously the food at Capital Grille is most often spot-​on and delicious, what made this night special is not only the company we were with, but also the work of our server — Cesar Bravo — he made the whole evening special, knowing it was a special night — he paid particular attention to the «graduate» and made him feel as special as he is. Wonderful night — great selection of food was ordered, the bone-​in filet can’t be beat. Spectacular service, great food and wonderful 5-​star rating. Thanks Cesar!

I have been to Capital Grille’s across the US from Seattle to DC and have only had one really lousy experience in Kansas City.
This trip we were seated outside, even though we had a reservation at the Capital Grill. Unfortunately the wind was blowing 30 – 40 mph and it was actually cold! One of us had a medium well Delmonico and the other has a medium rare Delmonico; however, they both came out the same.
The Lobster Mac and Cheese was a great side.
Food: 2 star
Service: 1.5 star
Ambiance: 1 – 5 star depending on if you are in or out and the weather conditions
Price: $ 175 for 3
There’s better places in the West Palm Beach area.
