One Kombucha – RAW Brewing company

Excellent flavors and pours. They take a lot of pride and this isn’t something you see on every street corner. You can take a flight which is about a 4 – 5 oz pour for just $ 1.50 so for anyone wanting to try this for the 1^st time I would highly recommend. You can use this as a natural mixer for cocktails. They sell jugs to go in 32 and 64 oz. 13 oz pours will run you $ 3, just seems very inexpensive for the quality and freshness. Only has room for about 5 – 6 cars in their parking lot, atmosphere is not like Twisted Trunk, very calm.

Delicious food and drinks. My mother and I ordered the hibiscus rose and grape kombucha, with kelp noodle pesto (raw). The food and drinks are amazing. I wish I lived here, so I could order the kelp noodle pesto religiously. I know, that’s overly dramatic, but the food and atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is also super helpful and warm. I highly recommend anyone to stop in and give it a shot.

If every food and beverage business were as conscious as this place, everyone would feel great all of the time. I felt so good all day after trying all the wholesome snacks, nut cheese, veggie crackers, rose kombucha, and an awesome chocolate chip cookie! My blood sugar stayed stable and my energy was good all day. I’m glad I brought home the fire cider, it is great!
I will look forward to finding this at the green market!!! :))

Great kombucha– but don’t expect it to have a café/​lounge/​bar environment. It is primarily a production facility with a small counter and a couple tables. Some food options exist in plastic to-​go containers.

Cute, small little place. Parking lot is awful so be careful as you pull in and out. Kombucha is brewed on site with fun flavors. Try a flight if you’re unsure or ask for a sample! I’ll be back here soon!

I always leave happy when I come to One Kombucha. The staff is very friendly and always answers any questions I may have. The kombucha is top notch and the raw cookies are to die for! Definitely recommend!

Looks can be deceiving. Walked in this place on a hunch that we could find some good libations, and we found not only that, but a cute hole-​in-​the-​wall Kombucha bar with high vibes and yummie organic treats!

I love kombucha & was so excited there was a brewery offering kombucha on tap close by! It did not disappoint. Would love to try their menu the next time (they have kelp noodles yumm).

Delicious Kombucha and food. Totally vegan friendly and appreciate the locally used produce. I suggest the kelp pesto salad… All of Randy’s goodies are great :)

Awesome kombucha, best tasting I’ve had and the guys brewery are super nice. Like going to a brewery but you can drink all you want and drive home! Menu looks great have to eat here next time.

Loved this place. The vegan guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The apple tea was great. Will be back. Will be putting in my restaurant. Thank you for respecting your craft.

Excellent white tea based kombucha in several flavors. They just opened this new location so expect more improvements to the seating and interior. They are also have fresh raw food treats and salads. A nice place to relax and healthily hydrate.

So I’m completely obsessed with this place!!! I bought a growler for $ 5 bucks (which you just return and they give you a full new one refilled with whichever flavor you prefer) and the refills of kombucha are only $ 7 for the 32 oz. Tried Blueberry the first time and LOVED it!!! Tasted like carbonated wine or idk, good stuff though. Today I went for a refill and got the Orange Hibiscus Rose and it’s super good as well. They brew EVERYTHING on site too. Also am completely in LOVE with their chickpea Miso Soup (all raw of course) with seaweed added. Their Fire shot which is $ 2 is this crazy mixture of intense goodness and has a nice spicy flare to it that is to die for!!! As someone else mentioned in a different post, It is «like a natural flu shot.» The atmosphere is pretty cool too. They also have a full menu of raw foods and teas and sell local honey, Chunkie Dunkies, Miso, etc. Check it out if you’re into your health.

I’ve only had the stuff from supermarkets and this stuff is pretty great. Try the grape, apple spice or hibiscus rose. I also had fire cider, like a natural flu shot! They also carry organic greens, salads and snacks from Glaser Farms and Kai Kai.

Stopped in on a Friday with my sister and a friend. We LOVED the Kombucha. We tried a flight– which was 4 samples of different flavors. Our favorites were Apple Spice and Grape. They have a total of 7 flavors, all SO amazing. It was hard to pick just one (we filled a growler –picking Grape– and two bottles of Triple a Berry Fusion to go) The growler was 5 bucks and 7 $ to fill it. Will be back very soon get a refill! They had fresh salads and produce as well. Nom.
