Illustrated Properties

A condo was sold to a friend of mine by an agent named Mark Lang. The property was a dump and I’m pretty sure the inspector and Mr Lang were close friends. The piece of junk is in need of a new roof and about $ 20,000 in repairs. Beware of this guy unless you want to sell something. He can probably sell anything and will do whatever it takes including ruining the buyers’ life.

This Illustrated Properties office is the very best and I highly recommend them. Jeff Lichtenstein is at the helm and knows everything there is about real estate and the area. He has the most amazing staff, too! I worked with Joanna Demers who found my family a dream home in the area.
Joanna is truly a delight to work with. (As a former relator, I can say that she is the nicest and most professional realtor I’ve ever met!) Joanna is exceptionally diplomatic, kind and extremely knowledgeable from her many years of experience. It’s also comforting to work with a realtor who understands your needs, follows up quickly, and is someone you can completely trust.
I’d give Illustrated Properties, Jeff and Joanna 10 stars if Unilocal allowed!
