Horrible. I walked in and asked for a flat pillow– after the guy was 30 minutes late opening the store. Said its a lot of late nights and early mornings — really at 11:54? Maybe you partied to late. I came because of the solid review. This guy said well why not try the bed with no pillow. I’m like really? He then looked at the dirty beauty rest marketing pillows and said what about these. I walked out. Don’t bother. Not a lot of options and horrible customer service.

Most of the places you go to for a mattress or a bed room set are big franchise locations & are just in it to make a big buck & don’t really care for you, but not this place. The experience I had at this place was five stars all around.
I was looking for a new mattress & before I came here I went to some of the bigger brand name stores. The bigger stores have a lot of items on display but the quality of the service is very dry & they didn’t seem to know the product that well. I have seen that this stores has been in business for years & I was driving by one day & decided to give it a look.
When I walked in I was greeted by the manager Frank. Right away he was very friendly & very welcoming. I told him the mattress I was looking for as well as a few other things. In terms of price this place was more than fair especially compared to the bigger stores. For the same exact product that they had at one of the bigger stores I got here for a much better price.
This store had a good amount of mattresses on display. They also recently stared carrying Ashley furniture so you can order a lot of the same products here that you could get at the bigger furniture stores for a better price.
This place delivered & assembled everything for me & did an excellent job. Not only would I give this place five stars but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress or a furniture set.
The products are of high quality & the service is unbeatable by any of the bigger furniture stores. This place is Palatines premier mattress & furniture destination & I would definitely come here again.

My husband and I just bought a new mattress from Mattress & More. The price was unbelievably reasonable. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. They were not pushy at all. They even delivered the mattress same day for free! I would highly recommend them.

After shopping all the main mattress chains and finding their prices simply outrageous, I remembered a little store not too far from me. Frank the owner was very helpful and informative. Helped me find just the mattress I needed for a great price, very affordable delivery and removal fee, and had it to me that night. Highly recommended! Don’t shop the chain stores, it’s like going to a car dealership. Make Mattress & More your first stop and I bet it will be your only.
