Image Optics

I recently started coming here for our eye care and could not be happier. It is a nice change of pace to walk in to a business and be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I felt like they truly appreciated me as a customer. I arrived 15 minutes early and only waited a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Assell was great. The exam was thorough and my new contacts were ordered and delivered to my house so I didn’t even have to drive back to the office to pick them up. Great service, great staff, I am very happy I made the change to Image Optics.

We had been going elsewhere in Palatine for my son’s eye care needs, and I found myself needing an eye check up and went here because I haven’t been happy at the other place. The staff was super friendly and I loved Dr. Morgan and the help I got from one of the ladies who helped with choosing glasses (sorry, I forget her name). This woman even remembered that I’m a teacher and when I came back for my fitting, asked me about everything that we had talked about in my prior visit. Great memory! When I came in this second time, I had my sons with me and Dr. Morgan was walking through the lobby and came over to introduce himself to my kids. They truly care and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed once. Consequently, I will be moving my whole family over to Dr. Morgan’s practice.

I went back here again and def. Got better service this time around. If all goes well again I’ll update this review to reflect my visit.

We have just moved to Arlington Heights from living in Canada for close to 9 years and were in need of eye exams for my kids. Not knowing anyone here, I relied on the reviews posted on Unilocal,keeping in mind that some reviews may be posted by «friends» of the providers or from those who have a vendetta against the provider. Please know that I am neither. My kids, ages 6 and 9, boy and girl went there today for eye exams and it prompted me to write this review.
My experience began only two working days ago with a lovely conversation with the receptionist. So, first off, got an appointment when needed after school within two working days of my call. Good start. Then, arrived today, had no trouble parking and was greeted by a lovely smile. Even better start. Filled out the necessary paperwork and was led back with two kids in tow immediately. Then we met Dr. Morgan. What a great person. Knowledgeable, kind, calm, good sense of humor, GREAT with the kids, which is huge when you have a son who hates going to get his eyes checked. My son required no additional exams or glasses and my daughter’s prescription for her glasses remained unchanged essentially. He did not try to «sell» me on anything additional nor did he ask if I was going to schedule an appointment for myself (clearly he could see I was wearing glasses).
I have to say that I am beyond happy to have had the experience I had today. I will not hesitate to go see Dr. Morgan myself and my husband will be booking an appointment with him shortly. He is in the market for a new pair of glasses and it seemed to me that Image Optics had an extensive collection of glasses, although I have no knowledge of pricing.

Dr. Morgan is wonderful — my ENTIRE family has been seeing him for over a decade now. He is funny, sweet, and makes me very comfortable. He has treated all of our eyes with gentle care and corrected any issues we’ve had. My only complaint is that his prices for frames are pretty steep, but you get what you pay for — he sells quality brands and his staff are very knowledgeable about what works for your face shape.

This is by far the best eye care team I’ve dealt with, and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 5. Very helpful, friendly team, and Dr Morgan is the best eye care professional I’ve ever known.

The service and knowledge of product is first class! I will go back to this store for sure. The selection of frames and overall knowledge of product is a nice change. I will go back for sure!

Dr. Reiley is very nice and professional. I had to change my lens because my eyes could not get used to the newer materials. Each time, they took me in w/​o charge and mad adjustments. I was very happy
