Mary is the best. I was going there in the past. I tried many different places and now have returned snd happy. I will stay put now

I have been going to the salon for about 17 years in total (Mary has not owned it the entire time). She is fantastic and quick, I always receive compliments. Tee does my toes and again, never a complaint.
The only thing that drives me nuts are some of the other clients. I get a babysitter to escape from my kiddo and relax, kids run thru the salon and yell and it ruins the calming experience. I don’t blame the kids, I blame their parents.
Also, the mall itself that it is in is super run down, so although the service is great, I can understand where the environment would be a turn off for some.

Awesome service, very friendly staff and always willing to queeze me in, even when I forget to make an appointment.

Would never return here Gel polish is double the price
the customer service sucks and it’s so out dated it is not the place u want to come to relax and enjoy yourself in a clean atmosphere

My mom and I made an appointment for this place. We got to the nail place, and it was so busy. We had to wait 30 minutes before they even took us. Then after that everything went so slow. We were there for 3 hours for just a mani/​pedi. People who walked in, with out an appointment, came and left before we did. I don’t know why it took so long. What’s the point of making an appointment? Also, I really wish they had the OPI no chip nail polishes. It helps when you are trying to match your finger nails and toe nails. Overall, I wouldn’t go back there because of the slow service. I feel like other places do a way better job.

Let me start off by saying I’m a picky vicky so if I’m happy the results must be great. TOMMY is the absolute best. He takes such good care of you and his attention to detail is amazing. I will be going to him as long as he is doing nails.

Just like everyone other woman out there I’m extremely picky with my nails. Two months ago as a walk in Mary did my nails, I now won’t go any where else. She really takes her time and you can tell she takes pride in her work.

Had a situation where one nail broke I came back they fixed it immediately ! I like the fact they honor their work Mimi did a great job so I decided to get a pedicure thanks Design Nails I’ll be back for certain !

We walked in early on 05−23−15 and the store was empty. There were two of us for mani’s. We had been being worked on for about 10 minutes and other clients started walking in, then the real rush happened. The woman working on me was rushing and rude. She actually said «you done, cant sit here, my customer here» well I thought that I was a customer, guess not. Will not be going back there. We all have jobs to do and frankly I am the type of person once I find a service that I love I will never leave. Sad that this did not work out

i got a no chip manicure done by Mary, she was so kind and really takes pride in her work. I was a last minute walk in and she didn’t rush or make me feel like i inconvenienced them, she was happy to take me and took her time to ensure i walked out happy. This is absolutely my new nail place!

Loved it! Came in without an appointment and my nails were done by Tee. She is wonderful, my nails are clean, and the polish is great. Will definitely come again!

Pros: They did a great job on my eyebrows and she really took her time.
Cons: waxing area was messy and they double dip the sticks that go in the wax. They said they accept major credit cards but they don’t accept Discover and that was super annoying.

Just recently started going here. They do a great job when it comes to nail art. Reasonably priced. But kind if hidden in the old strip mall. But give them a try and check them out. Tee and Tommy do a great job.

Tommy is so dedicated. He is very funny too. I could not imagine getting my pedicure with anyone else.

I live in the city, but was in the area and decided to try this nail shop. I am so glad that I did! Mary, (managing partner), is the sweetest lady with a truly skilled knowledge of nail design. She is fast, yet takes the time to ensure each nail is perfect. (I currently get the gel acrylic service). She gets the shape and the designs right every time. Not only is she a great artist, she is also the sweetest, kindest lady and a pleasure to talk to.
The shop itself is spacious and nicely designed, with a tv to watch, several pedicure chairs, a quality drying station, and plenty of waiting chairs.
Even though this is a far drive for me I make the trip since it is hard to find a great nail artist you really enjoy.
I recommend calling ahead for an appointment as they are always very busy, but this is probably because they are awesome :)

Stopped in before meeting clients to get a french manicure — eeeekkkss-​the place was filthy and under construction. When I walked in I saw that they had a few people getting their nails done and they did apologize for the «mess» because they were remodeling-​but are you kidding me??? There was drywall dust everywhere, tables and chairs were stacked and no soap at the sink. I asked if I could use the restroom before starting (mostly to give myself time to think of an excuse) and could not even get to the restroom-​which when I did, had no toilet paper or soap either, and oh, by the way, they had food on a burner in the back??? Well needless to say, I left in a hurry saying that I changed my mind. I will never darken their doorstep again. With all the horror stories of how important it is to sanitize equipment and how salons should be licensed – ya gotta wonder.
