Absolute Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

I used Todd’s services twice now. We needed our ducts cleaned and shopped around for estimates. He gave us a very fair price and described his services very well. He was patient and pleasant with me as I asked a lot of questions. We ended up going with his services and were extremely satisfied! He did our duct cleaning about two years ago. Todd and his assistant ended up staying at our house until close to 9pm and did an amazing job getting each and every duct thoroughly cleaned. Todd were also extremely knowledgeable, honest and pleasant which was great. Todd just stopped by yesterday to clean two pieces of furniture (reclining love seat and reclining sofa). Again, he did a fantastic job at an incredibly fair price and I look forward to using his services again!

I have used Todd from Absolute Carpet cleaning many times. He has cleaned a white wing chair for me that is over 25 years old and makes it look brand new everytime! He works on every stain individually until the chair is as good as new. He also cleaned a needlepoint area rug I bought at an antique store. It had a white background with many different colors on it. I was afraid the colors would run into the white background but it came out perfect! Just beautiful. I was having a party and needed something cleaned in a hurry. Todd came out on a Saturday and worked extremely hard to remove the stain and only charged me $ 40.!! I recommend him to everyone in my family of perfectionists… now I need him to clean my white dining chairs and a beautiful Karastan area rug. His work is excellent and I have no fears of placing my best pieces of furniture and carpeting in his care. His prices are always the best as well which is a huge selling point for me in this wretched recession!

When I called the Absolute Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning and spoke to the owner Todd and asked him what entails in cleaning the Ducts he answered very vague! When I asked him if he takes before and after pictures like most reputable companies do he said, that he does not and started getting very defensive. I was so taken back by the rudeness that it amazed me how a person who owns a company would talk to potential clients that way!
