What a cool spot! It’s hard to believe that this restaurant is in Pahrump. The décor and the atmosphere are so relaxing. We sat next to window with the view of the vineyard which was lovely. This is definitely a good place to come with friends or with your significant other. The menu is pretty basic but they offer a decent selection of items. They also offer a large selection of wines mainly from their winery. Their bottle prices are $ 10 more than their retailer. I ordered the flat iron steak which was a good option. The steak was tasty and perfectly cooked. This dish came with green beans and mashed potatoes. My partner ordered the beef stroganoff which appeared a basic dish but was full of flavor! Every dish looked and smelled delicious. There is probably not a bad dish here. If you live in vegas and you are tired of the same place, this is a great idea for a short day trip!

Been to this place twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. Had an amazing experience both times. You can get seated on the patio which gives you a beautiful view of the winery or inside which is classically decorated. Beautiful restaurant and great service. I would consider this place fine dinning since the staff are very well dressed and the service is impeccable. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced for the quality of food and quality of service. For appetizers we got Imported Baked Brie which came with fruits and toast points… this cheese is so good, served warm and melts in your mouth, strong cheese but not too much. We also got Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Calamari Puttanesca which were both really good. We also Tenderloin of Beef Stroganoff which my grandma really enjoyed(she usually does not like American foods, so you know its good!!), we also got Filet Oscar, Steak & Lobster, and Saint James, all come with 2 sides which is a great deal for the price. Definitely will be returning for the food, the relaxing atmosphere, the cheap wine and just to support Nevada locals.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times. All good experiences. But this time, I was disappointed. This time, I would have liked to do a to go order because I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. The front desk guy was rude about it, that they don’t do to go orders. I decided to stay and eat what I could and box the rest. I noticed that he complained about me to the waitress. I didn’t think that was appropriate or at least not loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear him. The waitress was nice. The food was not as good as it has been in the past. The shrimp cocktail was ok but the Mac and cheese was not. I could have been a weekly customer but I doubt if I will return for awhile. I always have told people that the winery is the best restaurant in Pahrump but unfortunately, I will not be recommending it as highly as before.

This restaurant was a delightful experience. The lobster bisque was delicious as was the filet mignon and all the side dishes. My husband was amazed at the flavor and tenderness of the steak. Best filet he has ever eaten! I took half of my dinner home and finished it a day later. Service was excellent and if there is ever a reason to go back to Pahrump, I will certainly be back.

Fanciest place to eat in Pahrump. Lots of good wines too… and free wine tastings. Perfect for romantic occasions and check out October Fest!

Exceeded my expectations! Staff is so fun and take time to get to know you! You must start with the Shrimp Trio! Then try to decide which is your favorite! Lovely grounds to explore and take pictures of! We finished dinner with a wine tasting and bought a bottle to take home! Will come again!

Awesome fun. Started off with wine tasting and a tour of the winery. Then ended with a dinner at Symphony’s. Great food and fun.

This is the restaurant inside the winery. Everything was very good. We sat on the patio which a view of the vinery. I bet it’s very pretty when everything is in bloom but we went at the beginning of March before the weather was nice. We started with bread brought to the table. I wasn’t that impressed by it so I didn’t have much because I didn’t want to ruin my meal. I ordered the special which was meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. The green beans were so good! I believe they were steamed. I’m usually not into veggies but these were really good. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes and meatloaf. They have a variety of other dishes that I wouldn’t mind going back to try. They of course serve the wine from their winery so I had a glass of the red Syrah. I had tasted it previously so I know I would like it. The prices were very reasonable. The service was also good. If you are at the winery and are hungry I would recommend trying this restaurant.

Had reservations for a Friday night! We started with Lobster bisque and a nice crab salad. Both were good, not exceptional. Bisque had small bits of lobster and not many of those. A MUST was the baked Brie!!! Outstanding — prepared over greens with sliced apples and strawberries. Truly enjoyable and wanted more. The 6 oz Filet was cooked to perfection with Bernaise, and sides were done equally as well. Chose a red from the Winery that paired well. Lacking was our service. We didn’t get much attention after entrees were delivered and had to ask for water refills. Felt they needed another pair of hands to actually deliver the meals because even though it was fairly early for dinner and the dining room not filled, we waited far too long for our entrees to be served by the same waiter. He was polite and thanked us from the time we sat down over and over and over again, but the service we received really was sub-par from other tables we witnessed from the same waiter. Overall a good experience but I wouldn’t drive from Las Vegas to do it again with so many choices in town that offer the same.

By far the best restaurant in Pahrump. The Kona coffee rib eye is delicious, tender and melts in your mouth.

Excellent experience!!! Food, service(Jennifer), wine and ambience. We are staying in Las Vegas in our rv(full time rvers for 10 years). We came down to Pahrump for the day. We arrived at 11:30 for lunch. We sat at a table overlooking the vines and mountains. We shared lobster bisque, a house salad(with a homemade blue cheese vinegarette dressing), rolls and butter and shrimp scampi(prepared with their popular symphony wine). We are small eaters. The $ 3.00 split charge was reasonable since Jennifer split everything for us. I had a glass of red wine… the grapes are grown on the property under eucalyptus trees. Fabulously dry. We shared a double expresso. We commend the chef for a wonderful meal. We appreciate great food and this is it. After lunch, I had a wine tasting at the wine bar. Wine delicious. Staff very nice. We bought 2 bottles of wine before leaving.

Always fun to visit Nevada wineries, and the Symphony restaurant is just an extra benefit. Always, and I mean ALWAYS, get the Lobster Bisque. It is gooood! The club sandwich is also a good choice. The atmosphere is casually elegant, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I always enjoy the visit. The fun of the wine tasting camaraderie, followed by a tasty lunch at Symphony… Feeds the soul as well as your stomach…

We started our late lunch with some fresh bread, lobster bisque, and a bottle of Symphony wine. So far so good. Attentive service. We didn’t have to wait over long for our meals to arrive and they were delicious.

Well if you have a day trip in mind this is a nice way to spend some time ~ very friendly on the wine room and the wines are pretty good considering your in the desert ~ Now after wine tasting we had lunch inside Symphony ~ again not many choices in Pahrump… but Symphony is a rare find. Pretty dining room with lovely fabric upholstered chairs and they also have a sun room area(which is were we asked to sit) Lovely selections on the menu really good pricing. We have recommendations from the gals in the wine tasting room ~ so a cup of Lobster Bisque… quite good! Could have used a dash of cognac however quite good. The Apple Pear pecan salad with Chicken ~ it was OK, but I am not sure if I would reorder. Other people @ our table ordered Club Sandwiches looked better and they all raved about them… All & All a very nice restaurant and IF ur in Pahrump this is your go to FOODSTOP!

Food was pretty good but the service/quality was lacking. We ordered crab cakes as an appetizer that were never delivered. The waiter walked away in mid-sentence while our friend was ordering his drink to get the other drinks started. Also, we didn’t want the sauce on the prime rib and it still came with the sauce on it. All these little things added up from the start that made the dinner less enjoyable. Our waiter just seemed like he was in too much of a rush to care for our table.

We stopped in while visiting Vegas and looking for wineries to visit. This restaurant is attached to Pahrump Valley Winery, you get to it from inside the winery. The menu was nice, nothing extravagant or unique, but they have most of the familiar items. Prices seemed fair. Plating of the meals we got were decent. The dining room looked beautiful! Nice and clean with beautiful white linen table clothes. Service was mediocre, nothing spectacular, but decent. Nothing much to eat or do in Pahrump, so this winery and restaurant was a nice stop!

We were visiting my sister in law out in Pahrump, about 45 mins outside of Las Vegas. It’s tucked away in a very unsuspecting area just down the street from a residential neighborhood. After stuffing myself silly, I’m so glad we visited this little gem. We had a reservation at 7:45. Arrived a little late due to traveling, but not a problem. We were seated right away. Allen, our server, came out right away and greeted us. Really nice guy. Very personable, patient, attentive and informative regarding the menu. He took our drink orders and gave us some suggestions regarding the menu. I had a glass of the house merlot while my wife enjoyed the blush. Both were great and accented our meals nicely. We started out with an order of bruschetta and coconut shrimp. Both came out lickety split! The bruschetta had a strong tang from the balsamic vinegar. It was good, but strong in that regard. Not a big fan of coconut, but tried the shrimp as well. It was plump and flavorful. The entrees came with choice of soup or salad. I opted for the house salad which also had a strong, but flavorful house dressing. Veggies were fresh. My sister in law ordered the lobster bisque. I didn’t try it, but was told it was good. I ordered the 10 oz. Filet Mignon and was cooked to perfection! It had some nice char marks on the outside but was pink throughout. I’ve had some steaks charred on the outside and cooked more on one side than the other. It was served with a choice of sauces and I chose the bearnaise. It was a nice touch and accented the steak perfectly. Steaks all came with two sides. I chose the grilled asparagus and mushroom risotto. The asparagus again had some nice grill marks and were crisp. The risotto was lacking a bit in flavor, but nice and soft. Others ordered the Filet Oscar(surf & turf combo) a petite filet topped with jumbo lump crab and a bearnaise sauce. The Boneless Ribeye, a 14 oz black angus reserve that had a Kona coffee rub. Filet Au Poivre: Filet medallions seared and grilled with a peppercorn rub and covered with a shallot, butter and brandy sauce. All looked divine and was lucky enough to sample the Oscar. For dessert, we ordered a variety of choices from the dessert menu and were happily gorged by the time we rolled out of the restaurant. We shared bread pudding, crème brûlée, mud pie and another I can’t quite recall the name, but sounded like Xango… By this time, the restaurant had long but closed and we were the last loud obnoxious table of tourists. On the way out, we couldn’t help but stop by the tasting room to sample some of the wines we wanted to try with dinner, but couldn’t. Maureen, the wine room server, was very patient and helpful. We grabbed a couple bottles while my sister in law grabbed six for the road. All in all a great find out in Pahrump. The prices were very reasonable for a higher end restaurant. Service was spot on and the food was superb! Highly recommend if you’re ever off in the suburbs of the bright lights of Vegas and want to go wine tasting or have a really nice dinner. Keep on Unilocal’n!

After a long day of wine tasting, you need something in the tummy. Luckily for this wino, Symphony’s is attached to the wine tasting bar. We got here just before the place closed to get set up for dinner service. Normally if a place is closing I don’t like to stay, honestly it’s rude and people are just trying to finish their day and go home. Symphony’s staff insisted that we stay and eat and that it wouldn’t be a problem, after a brief duress we sat and ordered. My foodie partner and I shared a Caesar salad; I ordered a flat iron steak, and she got the mushroom and chicken risotto. The presentation of tables was very impressive, crisp clean linen and multiple utensils for dining, not what I was expecting from a Pahrump dining establishment. The food was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly and not an ounce of fat on it, the mashed potatoes were buttery and silky, a great meal following copious amounts of vines, both red and white. The chicken risotto was very rich and cooked perfect, not sticky or dry, just perfect. One thing I was suspect about was the chicken, it did seem like a «Sysco» type of food product, but I still thoroughly enjoyed the meal. When wine tasting in Pahrump, this place is the best way to cap off your day trip. Well, this and lighting off fireworks — MURICA!

Still the best place in Pahrump to eat in my opinion. This place is always crowded which alone says how good this place is. They bring people in by the bus, why? Well, when you have amazing wines, an amazing restaurant, and some of the most friendliness workers in all of Pahrump how can you go wrong. The food is gourmet, the servers are very knowledgeable about diets and needs whether you are gluten free, sugar free, any type of diet needs you have, if you talk to the staff they will go out of their way to meet your needs. My favorite wine here is the Port and it is awesome that they make it and sell it here. This is a winery and not only can you go into the restaurant order a bottle of wine, if you don’t finish it they will recork the bottle so you can take it with you. That blows any restaurant in Las Vegas out of the water. Back to the food, the prices are very reasonable and like I said, it is gourmet and there is nothing like this place in Pahrump. We have been here many times and will return as often as we can. Great food, Great Drink and Great people. If you have not been, you have got to GO!!!
