Big Dicks Pizzeria

We ordered for delivery and haven’t had it in a long time km e! Were hoping it’s as good as some of the people say and will get back with a report! We ordered a thin crust Deluxe with tomato replacing the bell pepper. Can’t wait to try it!

We probably are not pizza connoisseurs, but we had a large half pepperoni, half meat lovers, both with extra sauce, delivered to our site at Lakeside RV Resort. It was by far one of the most flavorful we have had! And the amount of meats and pepperoni was simply amazing! We would highly recommend that you give it a try.

The pizza wasn’t the best I’ve ever had and a few things missed the mark (the pesto on the custom half I ordered seemed like it was fairly off the shelf — thinking Costco or Sam’s Club which isn’t a bad thing but not great). Overall, it was one of those the sum of the parts was better then the small things I didn’t love.
If you want a huge pizza with a lot of toppings and don’t mind a few things that aren’t amazing, this is solid choice if you find yourself in need of a pizza in Pahrump.
In June 2015 I found this place very much open for business.

This place is a rip-​OFF! I paid $ 33.48 for a pizza order 0n ⁴⁄₃ /​15. They double charged me $ 32.80 ! I reviewed my credit card charges and saw this. I called Mike on 4÷7÷15 and he said he would call me back by the end of the day! Never did! Customer beware!

This place has not closed (contrary to Unilocal reports). We ordered for delivery so I can’t tell what the place is like.
The pizzas are enormous. The crust is different from your typical pizza. Biscuit — like, harty. I really enjoyed it. Tastes homemade.

If you wear $ 200 blue jeans you won’t like this place. It is probably best for take out or delivery. They have a SERIOUSLY large pizza available… It was more like traditional pizza than the chains, which I like. I would have liked more sauce but the pizza was otherwise good.

This place is a wonderful local business. They serve up a consistent product that is quite delicious. Their pizzas are huge and the toppings fresh. They even allowed me to make a special order for my parents anniversary. They went above and beyond and I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail.

We have heard MANY good things about Big Dick’s Pizza but have never tried until the other day. We wanted to eat somewhere that we had never eaten before, so we drove out there. For a Wednesday night at 7:15, I guess I expected other patrons to be there but there weren’t.
As far as the pizza goes, what we had was not good. The crust was burnt, tasted like cardboard to me and dirty dishwater to my boyfriend. The sauce had to much oregano but was also very bland. The waitress was nice but she didn’t come check on us much. A male came out and asked one time if we needed anything, any more to drink. When he brought back the soda, there was no ice added which left small pieces of old, melted ice floating at the top. We ended up not feeling well the rest of the night and part of the next day.
We waited for the check but we did not know you have to get up, ask for the check and pay at the same time.
We will not be returning to that location or order from there and will not refer friends and family.

We called and placed an order for delivery. We were told that it would be 45 min. To an hour. An hour and 10 min. latter we called back and were told that it would be another 40 min. We canceled ourr order and were very disappointed. That’s terrible service and we will not try to order again from you. We will not recommend you to any one and my husband is in a position to advise people visiting Pahrump of good places to eat. You are off that list.

Having now enjoyed their pizza a couple of times I can give them five stars. And thank you for your outstanding customer service. A mistake was made on a delivery pizza and without my asking, in a flash a replacement pizza was delivered. We all make mistakes, it is a sign of good leadership when excuses aren’t given, rather the mistakes identified and corrected.

My in-​laws could have swore that there was a Papa Murphy’s in their soon new retirement hometown of Pahrump. Not so.
So my mother-​in-​law said, «Let’s try Big Dicks.» My husband and father-​in-​law frowned, but said «fine.»
We drove from in town what seemed like forever to get to this little place. It seemed like either my father-​in-​law took a scenic route or this place is kind of out of the way.
Anyway, when we got there, they told us it would be 20 – 30 minutes for us to get our pizza to go. We ordered the 24 inch, split with pepperoni on one side for the guys and the «Little Italy» for us gals on the other half. So then my husband said, «I’ll pay for delivery if you can go back in there and get them to deliver.» We waited outside because our 8-​month-​old was sleeping peacefully in her car seat.
My mother-​in-​law came back out to inform us that delivery is free and that they know well where their new house was.
We drove back to their new home, and it seemed like it was less than 20 minutes later that the guy delivered our pizza. He was real nice. We tipped him well.
The pizza I felt like just could have been better had it not been on the burnt side. I hate burnt food, but it’s frustrating when something as simple as pizza is burnt. Maybe we should have ordered two smaller pizzas instead of one large with half and half orders.
I really loved the tomatoes on the «Little Italy», though. My mother-​in-​law is suuuuuuper picky and said she didn’t care for any of it. She said the onions gave her heartburn. She’s really hard to please sometimes. The guys wolfed their pepperoni pieces, but burnt food is right up their alley. Bleh.
I’m sure if you can order a beer or two this isn’t a bad place to spend your money for a local business. If it is up to my mother-​in-​law, though, we probably won’t be eating there again. Visiting Pahrump is only ever a family affair. :-/​

Well, our GPS brought us here… Not really, we were seeking another place, but ended up here. So glad we found it.
The portions were great. Pizza was great tasting. The was pretty good and toppings were generous. The staff were very friend and helpful. They were flexible and accommodated our different tastes. My girlfriend does not ear pigs or cows so they put the roast beef & ham on the side for me.
I am glad we went there. Give it a try.

The customer service was decent but the pizza was kind of icky. The pizza we got was burnt in spots, and there was something about the sauce that did not exactly sit well with me.

Stranded in Pahrump due to flash flooding, looking for food… went in and immediately «HELL NO.» Place smelled awful, was super messy and dirty. The lady was kind enough to guide us to another eatery, which was also awful. Two stars due to the fact that she was a bit helpful– at least enough to guide us away.
Then we saw the name was Big Dicks.
