Nicco’s Pizza

The food is usually pretty good, but the service and the attitude continues to get worse.

Nicco’s Pizza in Pahrump has some really good pizza and other items.
But they are super slow. Even on orders called in. We called in just before 7 p.m. on 10÷23÷15. They said it’d be ready at 7:30 p.m. We get there. It’s not.
The new gal sold our pizzas to another customer waiting. They worked it out. No biggie, but that wait… 15 more minutes.
If you like supreme pizzas or something a little bit of everything, try the Nicco’s special. All of the toppings were fresh. Laid out nicely across the semi-​thin dough. I’m not a crust person, but I didn’t mind the crust because it wasn’t burnt or too crunchy to eat. Served piping hot!
It’s probably the best pizza in town. That wait, though…

Still the best pizza in town, one suggestion don’t be so parsimonious with the cheese. Keep up yhe good work you’re worth the money.

I’ve lived in Pahrump just under two years and only recently discovered Nicco’s. I can’t tolerate the chain pizza places available and the few other non-​chain places I tried weren’t even as good as the chains. Nicco’s is a standout! A gem in the desert, so to speak. Today I had a medium build your own, sausage/​pepperoni/​pineapple/​black and green olives. I’m an old man so I don’t have a large appetite but usually I can eat at least three slices, sometimes four of other medium pizzas. I had two slices and couldn’t stuff another bite down my gullet; amazing amount of food per square inch and everything is fresh and tasty. ;) They’ve got my attention.

So we have new owners… Let’s see. The food was good as usual. However based on appearance of the staff, we question the cleanliness of the kitchen. The dining area was clean, maybe it’s just us!!! Yes, we’ll be back!

I was in town for a few days and came across Nicco’s Pizza. I had their dinner special a few time and it was good and well prices.
Staff was very nice and I would be happy to return if in town.

Hey Now! This place is really tasty. No MSG! Had the spaghetti and meatballs also the calzone with a few beers. The portions are large get a to go box.
The Italian food is ALL cooked to order and it is definitely worth the wait. If you live in Pahrump that should be your #1 restaurant for Italian day. Staff was very nice as well. The only reason it’s a four stars because the flooring and walls need to be refreshed. Whenever I’m in Pahrump golfing this will be my to go order for sure. I approve this message JK KUHL.

The anti pasta salad was not good, but the small personal pie pizza was good. Overall, the food did take a long time. I recommend checking the daily special before placing your order. This is important since no one will try to save you a few bucks.

Very good pizza and sandwiches. Yes, there is a wait because everything is made to order. Our server was attentive and helpful, and the chef made a visit too. He told us about an ‘off the menu’ shrimp alfredo pizza, that will be a must try next visit.
It’s not fancy, there are no table cloths. It is all about taste and flavor and deliciousness.

I have been several times since moving here… the best pizza in Pahrump. They also have great sandwiches. One of the best parts aside from the food is the counter girl. DESTINY… great customer service… greets you as soon as you enter. So if you are ever in Pahrump check them out you will not be disappointed.

I’m not going to comment on the pizza since I’m a self confessed pizza snob (I didn’t like it) but I will comment on the other items we ordered and the service.
When we arrived, no one greeted us. The place was empty (maybe 4 people n there total). In our party, we had 4 adults and 2 kids. We sat ourselves, after waiting a few minutes, and then someone brought us menus.
We ordered one medium size pizza (half cheese– half pepperoni), antipasto salad, and hot wings.
After ordering, the server told us that they just put 7 extra large pizzas in the oven and our order would take a little longer. We also saw her tell other guests. Okay, that was nice… but then the customer service went downhill quickly.
We sat there, and sat there, and sat there… by now the other people were served their pizza and our hot wings and salad were never brought out. So, we sat. and sat.and sat.
Our kids got antsy so we took them out for a walk (twice or three times). Nothing was brought out– no salad, no hot wings. no coplimentary anything while we sat and waited and waited and waited.
Finally, the salad came but we had to ask for extra napkins. Then, we had to ask for refills. It seemed that every time we asked for something, the servers were bothered. And, when they came to ask us if we needed anything, they were almost hoping we didn’t so they could leave our table.
Pizza came but the server had to be reminded of our wings.
The wings looked overfried and just not appetizing. I didn’t eat them– they smelled way too spicy for me.
The antipasto salad was average, the pizza wasn’t good, and the wings didn’t look good.
I understand it’s a small spot and they have a limited number of ovens, but 2 out of our 3 items didn’t need the oven. The service was terrible and it wasn’t busy.
Won’t be back.

Awesome pizza! What a surprise to find good food and service in Pahrump, it has sure been a challenge, we will definatley be back.

Best pizza in town, me thinks. And so do the locals, I asked. Service was meh and I was the only person there, but the pizza was good! Excellent crust and a good balance of toppings to cheese. I had a pepperoni, mushroom and fresh tomato pie and it made me happy!

Service, meh. It was lunch and the server was busy, which is understandable.
Food, tasty! We were pleasantly surprised! The calzone for 2 people was enough food for 3 – 4 people! And they have delish sandwiches!
