Nat’s Towing

Nat responded quickly to my question over Unilocal,and was patient with me getting info over the phone about what i needed. mike the driver was polite, punctual and got the job done quickly and smoothly. i would reccommend Nat’s to anyone — very fair price and great sevice.

I got locked out of my car, tried Ken’s but they wouldn’t drive to Pahoa. Called Nat’s, and Jim said he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived on time, and got me in my car right away. Reasonable prices, quick and friendly service. It was the beast possible outcome to a stressful situation.

Desperately need a tow. Have been calling for an hour and even left a voice message. They don’t answer or return your calls. I have no idea how they make money or if they even want to. It would seem the only way to get a tow from them is to walk in and ask for it.

Just like the review previous from Jill, we took the saddle road from Hilo to Kona expecting to find a gas station and there were none. Alas we didn’t have enough gas to make it. We called out insurance company and they called more than 30 local businesses. One was willing to come but in like 3 hours. Finally they found Nat’s Towing. Jim was our man from Nat’s. He was there quickly. He was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. What a good kind man. This island is beautiful but many of the locals are snarly/​surly. They take your money but don’t give you much in return. The service from Nat’s Towing delivered by Jim was the antidote to all the other experiences we had. God Bless him for giving a darn.
