I am so lucky to have found this gem again! I tried something new this time, the fried poke balls. That name just doesn’t do it for these. They’re more like pieces of fluffy crispy yummy perfect flavorful deliciousness. That sounds really delicious, and it tastes even better. So far everything I have tried here is beyond delicious. I hope these guys cater.

Best fish in town. Fish and sweet potato chips was delicious and a very generous portion. Best mahi burger I’ve ever had. The fish is fresh and delicious. Don’t miss this if you have the chance. First Friday dowbtown Hilo as well.

We’ve enjoyed the Jus Fish Wagon 2x now and look forward to our next time! I had the Ahi Burger which was excellent. The fish was tender, fresh and deliciously seasoned. The bun was the best burger bun I’ve ever had (please don’t change them) the Ulu fries were perfectly fried and salted. My husband had the Poke Bowl (both times) and loved it! We will definitely be regulars!

Freshness is key and this place has the best fresh ingredients and fish around! I tried the fish and chips (bread fruit chips) which were so Delicious it even came with a great dipping sauce YUM! Hands-​down a most stop if you’re headed to the beach or the Kalapana night market. Can’t wait to try them again soon! If you like fresh fish this is the place to be!
