The carne asada was definitely 5 stars! Order that! The beer was cold and a large variety of Mexican beers and tequilas. The cheese enchilada and taco were good but again order the carne asada. Salsa had a nice spice and chips were good. The servers were racing around and the place was busy!

Excellent Mexican food in taste and huge portions. Huge margaritas and prices are very low in my opinion. We have lots of Mexican food in NYC but none are this big or better taste btw definitely worth going if you are hungry.

Highlights: * Portions are huge * Prices are reasonable * Menu is extensive(if you can’t find something, you don’t like Mexican food) * Food is very good I assume their specialty are fajitas since every few minutes a flaming plate of them would arrive at a table. A few times I could feel the blast of heat from the flames.

Authentic Mexican in Page — Page has recently hit the international travel map and its restaurants are catching up too. Ambiance was typical Mexican; bright colors and sombreros all around. The wait time was about 30min on long weekend. The manager handled the line well. Loved their outdoor patio. The chips and salsa were interesting, as they had a chunky cucumber slaw which was hot and be regular tomato salsa. I didn’t like their beans or salsa that much, I’ve had better– but I’m used to Tex mex, these were a little mellow and seemed more native, authentic flavor. I ordered the chimichanga which was friend and smothered in green sauce. The filling was not just veggies but sautéed and spiced veggies with sweet potatoes, loved it. Wife had the enchiladas which were good too. People seemed to love their beverages and huge portions. Service was friendly, local and polite. I’d come here again if I were in Page.

We ordered original and dragon margaritas. They are huge cup. They both were very smooth and very good. We had one their special and one fish dish, both of them were yummy, large portion. We couldn’t finish them, way too much food!!!

The best meal we gave had in Page. The service was excellent. We were greeted with friendliness by Juan Carlos and he was attentive, efficient and friendly the entire time. The taco salad was flavorful and fresh. The chicken tortilla soup was fabulous and huge. Lots of chicken cooked perfectly in a perfect broth with rice, mixed vegetables, spices and tortilla strips. Yummmmm Ww will definitely be back on this trip. Thanks Juan Carlos.

While in Page, my group was craving some Mexican food and stopped at Tapatio’s. Prices are reasonable and you get huge portions of food(and drinks). The food is delicious, especially their mushrooms, al pastor tacos, and their guac is pretty good as well. You also get chips and salsa as free appetizers while waiting for your meal. Try not to be like me and don’t fill up on chips/salsa before you food even arrives!

We came here based from the Unilocal reviews. Because it was also a Sunday, most places were closed. It was either this or Tavern 48. Page doesnt have much choices to choose from since it’s a small town. We had a short wait for a table but the food took a bit longer; they were very very busy. The manager was apologetic and we didnt mind. At least he acknowledged all his customers; a plus. Food portion is big. If you want to eat light, order a taco with a side of beans/rice.

Any hot sauce lover would not pass up a name called ELTAPATIO. Not only did the name reel us in, but their glowing reviews did too. Boyfriend and I were starving after arriving from the Grand Canyon area, and saw this place. We came in the afternoon, and were seated immediately. Love the home-y feel of this restaurant. Plenty of parking and were seated immediately in the mid-afternoon. I had the order of tacos(comes with choice of 2) — I went with the carnitas, and carne asada. Both DELICIOUS. Make sure to ask for them to be «dorado»(crunchy). It makes all the difference. Boyfriend got the carnitas plate with two tacos as well and nothing was left on his plate. The complimentary chips were fresh and the salsa that it’s served with was SOOOOFLAVORFUL. Definitely a must-stop(I mean, there really isn’t too many food options in the nice quaint, but beautiful, city of Page) but highly recommend.

Pros: Food is excellent here! Fresh house made salsa with chunks of jalapeño and a pickled cabbage/onions those come with their chips. Portions are enormous. We ordered tapatio special(skirt steak, chicken, bbq shrimp) — all flavor amazingly. Comes with a side of rice and beans – not amazing. The rice was very blah. overlooked and not a whole lot of flavor. We also ordered the special fajita with seafood and another with chicken, all their proteins were seasoned perfectly. Ceviche Pescado– pretty good, needs a little more lime juice as it was a bit dry. I would suggest asking for a purée of jalapeño added. Cons: their pricing is pretty steep for Mexican food. $ 18-$ 25 for an entrée. The space is pretty small and since I can only take my friend word for it, the margaritas are pretty good. Overall, I would recommend this place. I would suggest sharing an entrée if you are starving. With unlimited chips you may be full before getting your food anyways.

El Tapatio was a wonderful surprise. We spent 6 hours hiking at the Grand Canyon and 2.5 hours driving to Page… So, we were hungry! El Tapatio was busy and we were seated quickly. We ordered and our drinks and chips and guacamole came within minutes. 5 – 10 minutes later we got our fajitas flaming hot and fresh. The guacamole was traditional and smooth. The steak and chicken fajitas were rubbed in a red pepper paste that was thick and flavorful. Nothing like any authentic Mexican restaurant I’ve tried. Rice was perfect and the beans… I don’t eat re-fried beans and these — amazing. Overall, service was outstanding and the food was made freah and flavorful. I could not have asked for anything more! A must try if you are in Page.

Thank you Unilocal for sending my family to this establishment! We were looking for a place to eat while killing time in between our Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon Tours. We were the first people to arrive for lunch. We received Complimentary Chips and Salsa. We got the following 3 items: 1) Tapatio Burrito 2) Carnitas Platter 3) Carnitas Mole Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed this restaurant! I loved the bright colors of the place and the party/joy atmosphere. The food came out quickly and very fresh! I had the Tapatio Burrito. It was all carnitas inside cooked to perfection. The rice was delicious as well. They are Pepsi place. My family wasn’t pleased with that. Hope to visit again!

Yum! We were looking for a place to grab a bite after our Lower Antelope Canyon tour and Unilocal led us here. The décor was somewhat kitschy in a fun way and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were started with a bowl of chips and salsa while we pored over the menu, which was filled with various dishes. I decided on the dish of two tacos, choosing one pork and one beef. The dish came out searing hot; so hot in fact, that I couldn’t touch my tacos for a good five minutes, and even then, I had to hold it by the edges to prevent from burning my fingers. Hot plate aside, the tacos themselves were so good. The corn tortillas were soft and fresh-tasting and the filling was well-seasoned and the portions were pretty generous considering the price. My friend got the carnitas platter, which came generously piled with rice and beans. She generously allowed me a taste and it was really good. The pork was nice and tender, the rice was fluffy, and the beans were seasoned well. Overall, it was a delicious experience and I was pretty thankful to find a great place that wasn’t evil to my wallet in such a tourist-driven area.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to, and I live in Arizona, so that’s saying something. Service is amazing, margaritas are so good I wish they had a bar I could hang out at, and the food is incredible. I had the super enchiladas, which came with the best rice and beans I’ve eaten in a long-ass time. Every time my wife looked away, I stole another piece of her Colorado enchiladas, because holy crap they were good. Drinks came out in under a minute and food took less than 5. I think we had three people visit the table. Check out the tequila menu on the back of the regular menu. Damn, that’s a lot of tequilas. WILL return. No question.

Zu viele no go’s!!!
