Yesterday, I wanted to observe how a McDonald’s really was and take note of most things. I didn’t have high expectations nor were they exceeded by what I actually saw. The employees that were at the cashier were really friendly to my mom and I. There weren’t too many people so the wait was less than 10 minutes. We had ordered a soda with the rest of our items but they didn’t give it to me and sort of messed up my order. I asked nicely and they fixed it for me without any hassles. I only ate a medium order of fries and a frappé, but my brother’s order was fine and there wasn’t anything notably wrong with it. The place was sort of messy and a few tables had spills and trash but eventually a lady came and started cleaning the whole area. The soda area was somewhat messy and one wasn’t working. The food handling was mostly okay however one of the cashiers did serve fries after dealing with the money. The bathrooms were okay but I would have usually only gone if it was really necessary. They have an A score and did not have many violations so it’s not horrendous. Overall it’s really cheap and in a good location, but I wouldn’t suggest going everyday or on a regular basis. To summarize, the customer service was good, the food wasn’t bad, and the surroundings were okay.

This is BS I went because they serve breakfast all day and when I asked for a Mcgriddle they said I’m sorry the only thing we have are Muffins and hash browns like what the heck you can at least put a sign stating what you have so I just ordered some nuggets no drink just the nuggets. They took 20 minutes to give it to me like come on what the hell is the hold up worst customer service ever!

So mc Donald’s isn’t the best food out there but for a quick fix and drive thru service for me and my 3 kids… It’s convenient however when I arrived at the last window to get my food, the girl has me park in the front and she’d take me the food… No biggie. But when 10 minutes fly by of waiting I had no choice than to get off the car and see what the hold up was. Turns out they forgot all about me. Lol. But the very nice manager Myrian, she apologized repeatedly and gave me another order since my food has been sitting in the cold and gave me two free meals on my future order. Now that was customer service. But unfortunately mc Donald’s will always have their problems…

This is the 4th time coming to this McDonalds and the fries taste like crap cold and hard. I’m so pissed because I hate nasty food when I’m really hungry. I most def won’t be spending another dime at this McDonalds.

All I ordered was a hamburger happy meal… I received the drink, the bag where the happy meal should have been. The toy was in the bag along with a napkin and a ketchup packet. That’s it… Nothing else… Didn’t even realized since I was handed the bag along with the drink. How can you get something as simple as a hamburger happy meat wrong? It wasn’t even busy.

I bit into my cheeseburger and I noticed it was crunchy. I was baffled and I lifted up the bun and there was a cockroach inside! They only gave me a refund and didn’t even say sorry. Do not go here.

Customer Service has finally returned and it was found at McDonalds of all places Ok normally, I would NEVER write a review about a fast food place particularly a McDonalds. Customer Service has returned. Last weekend I walked into the store around 9pm. I wasn’t to thrilled to see a lot of people and got that instant irritable attitude going on. When I FINALLY got up to the counter, I placed my order, a very simple order a Big Mac Combo with coke. Now I come from a retail background and know that these people have to upsell. Guess what??? No upsell. Wow I thought to myself. They were not trained right. No big deal there loss. I noticed this one manager«I assumed he was a manager because he was in a different color dress shirt than the rest of the crew» This guy was«moving» he had the line workign well and everybody was smiling including the customers. Now I WAS in a bad mood, but seeing him run around REALLY working and keeping an upbeat attitude at Cmon McDonalds changed my mood. Now I get my order in fairly record time from the LACKLUSTER employee. My order was wrong. WOW How could you mess up a simple order. Instead of my Big Mac, I get a Quarter pounder. I tell the employee that my order is wrong and they bring the manager over. His name was Jeff. He was the one who is really upbeat. I told him what had happened, and he did something that kinda threw me back… I was expecting a typical«WHATEVER, HEREISYOURIGHTORDERBLAHBLAH» But I get he says… «You know, you come in here at the end of a day and all you want is to be served what you ordered… so you can eat and go home nice and filled and relax… I totally understand and you are right.» Without hesitation he not only got my order by himself, he gave a free meal voucher and apologized for the lack of training. Apparently it was a new person at the register. All I can say is this manager saved the day. A simple gesture turned my attitude around. His demeanor and work ethic should be appluaded. As I said I would NEVER write an article about McDonald, but this guy deserves the credit. Way to Go Jeff If you ever come into the Retail World, I can hook you up…
