The WORSE!!! They constantly run out of things including fried chicken, the machines are always breaking down, and they will always mess up your order! Check before you leave the drive — thru, you’ve already waited half an hour might as well make sure!

Went here with dear old dad this past Friday, 4÷11÷2014. He was amused of the pairing of LJS with KFC. We had the 2 piece fish, hush puppies, coleslaw, 6 pc. shrimp, same sides, and the large Norway lobster bites. Batter for all seafood tastes a bit salty, but not too bad. Crispy and light tasting fish. Shellfish, though both are breaded, were delightful. Just a simple place to hang out with dad and shoot the breeze. Nothing fancy, just cozy enough.

I had been craving this place and I was elated to find out there’s a LJS so close to mi casa. Well it’s actually a fried chicken and fried fish fusion spot a la KFC and LJS. Anyway, the order an L3 which consists of a piece of chicken, 2 pieces of fish and 3 pieces of shrimp fries and Mac and cheese. Received all but the Mac and cheese… the very non bubbly drive thru employees gave me cole slaw. Any way… the fish was slightly salty but everything else was fantastic. It would be nice if they included some of the famous LJS seasoned crumbs. The hushpuppies were extra delicious. Full of the flavors reminiscent of my childhood when my nana and I would drive to the del amo mall just for the LJS in the food court. Good times! 3 stars!

The fish is so good but, the spot is filthy and the employees are the laziest bunch of folks! My wife and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty! We stood at the register with two employees within feet of us and until I said excuse me no one acknowledge us!!! Then while we waited 15 minutes for our fast food… we had to wipe the crumbs off our choice of the cleanest table! Mind you we were the only ones there! The fish was outstanding though! If you are the owner you should pop in on your spot every once in a while or get in touch with«Restaurant Stakeout»…you are being taken for a ride! But, the fish was so so good!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Avoid this place!!! We pulled into the drive thru and either their speaker box is broken or the guy working there is soft spoken because I couldn’t hear him at all. I asked for a certain deal and he said they were still offering it. I ordered and then he says«Oh, we don’t have THAT deal». Um, I just asked you… Then we waited at the window for over 25 minutes for our food. No apology, nothing. He just seemed to not care at all. Horrible customer service. I would avoid this place by all means. This was my first time there and I will NEVER go back.

Always wanted to try this place. Tried it out for the 1st time and it started bad as soon as i pulled up to order. When the they(Jonathan) asked me what i wanted to order. He sounded so bothered! Its like, what the? After placing our order, we pulled up to the window. He didn’t even say hello nor greeted us… just gave us our total. His facial expression was as if he seemed so bothered. no eye contact, sighing while charging our card. it was ridiculous. We were waiting for our food for a LONG time. I didn’t feel comfortable eating what we ordered. Another girl pulled up to the window and apologized for the long wait. We demanded a refund, Not cause of the long wait. but because of the crappy customer service. She was really sincere and apologetic. While we were telling her how much of a horrible customer service skills Jonathan had. The whole time, he was just smirking and smiling while standing next to her. I DONOT recommend coming to this place. And it sucks that this was our 1st experience at any long john silvers.

Yeah, I admit it. Sometimes I get the need for a greasy piece of batter-dipped, fried, fish and chicken. Yeah, it’s gross. But really, it’s disgustingly good. I ate here a few times when I was pregnant… yes, that’s my excuse. Fish, chicken, hush puppies, cole slaw… how can you go wrong???

Seen the commercials on TV and thought hey why not. NOT. The fries were soggy/goey like the oil was not hot enough so they soaked up the oil. The fish was saltier then the fries and oilier which I didn’t think was possible. The service was good and the cashier checked on us as we were eating. So one star for that. Only thing really edible were the hush puppies but they were average one star for that. They also are a KFC but I did not trying anything from the KFC portion of this place,

Three stars because of the food. Other than that, the service is slow and the place is always filthy! We had to wipe down our own table, since it was the one that wasn’t as dirty as the others. Then, we had to wait over 25 mins for our meal. Yes, we did order a lot, but really? We don’t even wait that long at a nice restaurant most of the time. Unfortunately, this is the only one near our area, so this is it or bust. =(Might have to go bust.

I was in there recently, to buy a few snackers. It looked like the guy was taking too long, and he was asking his partner back there questions. He gives me the order and I drive all the way to work, having ordered for a co-worker. We both found out that rather than the snacker filet of chicken that they may have been out of, they had instead used some dried up shards of chicken that must have been leftover from the last crispy strips run. They were bits and pieces — we threw away most of it. Our shift had started so it could not be returned. It takes some real low life ethics to pawn off stale food just because you may have sized up the customer as someone who would take it.

this location also has a long john silver. Boy, oh, boy has the food changed. Along with the portions, the quality has also diminished. I was broken hearted when I got my Fish n’ More platter. Where are they getting the fish from? Maybe Lake Titticaca. The food definitely tastes like it.
