I absolutely recommend Pamela at Rosie’s Nails on Sunset. She does a meticulous manicure and pedicure. The prices are very reasonable and the salon is clean (not very fancy, but has massage chairs). And, when Pamela was not available, two other very nice ladies gave excellent mani/​pedis. There are a few tandem parking spots in the back, and lots of metered street parking.

Wow! One of the best shellac manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received! Very detailed specialists, relaxing music, clean salon, massage chairs and tidy work! These women are perfectionists and I will definitely return.

What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it??! This has happened to me the past 2 times at Rosie’s. It took 20 minutes for them to finally start our manicures and pedicures. Silly me, I tried a third time yesterday. I made an appointment for 4pm, walked in, every chair was taken and no one even acknowledged us for 10 minutes. We walked out and won’t be coming back.

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. There are small circular craters all over all of my nails. On top of it they failed to find a matching color for my nails and toes.

Rosie’s Nails is AWESOME!!! I have shopped around, a LOT, and I must say, you get what you pay for! I find this salon very reasonable, very accomodating, and quite nice! All of the ladies are lovely, and Martine does the VERY BEST Silk nail EVER!!! My nails NEVER chip, and last for at least two weeks. I make a trek to get here, passsing many salons along my way. I am happy and ever so grateful to have been introduced to Martine and the girls! Check out my photos, I hve asked for some unusual things, and they always turn out GREAT! THANK YOU, MARTINE AND LADIES!!! XO

I’m tired of tipping for chipping!
Never know what your going to get. Uneven levels of care and expertise. I complained that I could see through the polish and they wanted to charge me for an extra coat. And upsale is big, massage, gel toes… Not a happy ending. But At least, after many second chances, it has ended!
