What an incredibly authentic and extremely delicious kitchen full of delicious & healthy options for lunch & dinner. Every time I come here I am more than satisfied with my choice! The food is fresh and always hits the spot! And the customer service is always impeccable!
I highly recommend anyone in the Palisades area stop by for a homemade treat for your stomach and soul! Excellent in every way. Also a great place to relax, and listen to soothing music to go with any meal.
Thank you for the great dining experience! I look forward to eating here again the next time I am in this area!

I moved in Los Angeles from Italy a year ago and Pinocchio represent for me the unique place where I feel at home still. Authentic recipes, great quality of ingredients and respect for the Italian flavours. Pino is the owner and he’s very kind and warmly with all clientele, he seems like a friend that you know since long time. Believe me, not exist in Town another Italian restaurant where you can eat so deliciously and pay this cheapest price. It’s not a 5 stars restaurant, maybe you don’t will find the selection of fine wines and the park valet service but you will find the truly Italian tradition into the kitchen. Don’t miss the Pizza! L

Based on the earlier reviews we decided to try this place. I expected a restaurant, not a take-​out place with a couple of tables. The counter had precooked food that looked seriously sad and unappetizing. Nevertheless, we asked if we could get vine with our meal, should we decide to stay. Since the answer was no, we left.

I was born and raised in Milan, Italy, my mother is an exceptional cook and ONLY, ONLY Pinocchio was able to remind me my own mother’s cooking style.
One hint: The Polletto is to die for!!!

This place is a hidden gem.
$ 10.99 for lunch special (pasta or sandwich plus soup or salad).
Got the Gorgonzola pear salad and fettuccine bolognese.
Loved the candied pecans and ripe pear slices in the salad but felt there was too much olive oil used for the dressing.
The bolognese was hearty and the pasta tasted homemade and was cooked al dente. I used the free focaccia to soak up the leftover sauce– it was too good to go to waste!
They also have several kinds of baked goods including cookies, biscotti, and cannoli.
Use the Unilocal check-​in offer for free ice tea or can of soda.
There is seating inside as well as outside.
Will definitely come back!

This place is such a hidden gem! I ordered the pumpkin ravioli, and it was delicious! My friends ordered the lasagna and gnocchi, and they were also impressed. For dessert we tried the pumpkin cookie, lemon tart, and cannoli. They were delicious!
The atmosphere in the restaurant was adorable, and prettily decorated for Christmas. Service was great too, and the staff was attentive! Would definitely come back.

The pros… I like that this place has the outdoor seating area, and the prices are very reasonable, it’s good for families and the portions are big. Cons… The food is hit or miss. Some of the pastas have no distinct flavor, and the pizza isn’t particularly good. Service can be a bit slow too. I’ve had a couple good items here but it’s inconsistent. Overall, it’s not bad for a quick bite but don’t expect memorable food.

we just moved to the neighborhood and with all our boxes still piled up we needed to eat and could not reach the kitchen, nor had the energy. Pinocchio to the rescue delivered in 25 minutes and with our two pies and chicken marsala and we ate like kings on boxes. The pizza was fantastic they were very nice and delivery in 25 minutes can not be beat!

I love this place! The staff is so welcoming and tentative. I have tried the pasta and the Chop Salad and I’ve got to say, I cleaned my plate! Best salad to have and the waitress even added a few slices of their signature baked bread which was so soft and tasteful. I can’t wait to go back and try the Lasagna. It’s a great place to have lunch, there is outdoor and indoor seating which is nice and the set up is comfortable. I would recommend Pinocchio’s to all my friends and co-​workers!

They made the wrong order, after two tries, and did not offer to make us the kind of pizza we had ordered or refund our $$. Weird. The server had a «whatever» attitude about it, as if getting the order wrong happens all the time and doesn’t really matter, which does not bode well for a better outcome on another day. Pizza was only okay, not worth the hassle.

On Monday night we decided to grab a quick bite. It was our first time here. Pizza is very good. The crust has the perfect amount of crunch and chew. We also had a Caesar salad. The salad dressing was a bit on the heavy side but very flavorful. The croutons were yummy too.
We enjoyed our meal quite a bit and I would go back if it weren’t for the parking attendant in the structure. We went in the later evening. The place was dead and yet there is a parking attendant. I had my ticket validated, we were there less than one hour and yet the man charged $ 3. He spoke almost no English and I kept asking him why $ 3 when the sign clearly stated something very different. It’s just the principle of the thing or perhaps it had been a very long day. No one else was there other than a few pick up and go orders. I just found it highly irritating to be over-​charged for parking with an empty lot and a nearly vacant restaurant.

Grilled chicken panini with pesto, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. Sounds delicious right? It’s surprisingly not so good and its bland! What a disappointment.
The staff is nice but I have yet to have a yummy dish here. I had the burger once, and although their ketchup is amazing (they must make it there), the burger was dry and over cooked.
The only thing that I actually do love is the breaded rice ball things. Other than that, nothing I would return for.

The place is nicely decorated inside, friendly staff. Plenty of tables outside, in the sun, with umbrellas if needed. Lots of food options.
I took the Farfalle Al Salmone, gluten-​free. To be honest, it was average. I had the impression the pastas were baked in the micro-​wave, don’t know if this was actually the case, but they were not cooked properly, too hard and «sweaty». 3⁄5. My wife took the salmon fillet with vegetables, it looked and tasted good. 4⁄5.
However, the complementary focaccia kind of bread was rather hard and dry, and while I hate myself for complaining about something I did not pay for, I have to admit I was disappointed.
All in all, I think it’s a good place for a quick, affordable and simple bite, but if you are looking for a proper dining experience, it is not really a place for a romantic or gourmet kind of dinner.
I would rate it 3.25 /​5 if I could, unfortunately I had to go for 3⁄5 due to the ratings system.

My friend recommended for Mother’s Day that I come here to have a special lunch. Being that it was my first time here I wanted to make sure that there was a patio area where we can enjoy eating outside with our dogs. They’re definitely accommodating eating here, furthermore the food is amazing, the coffee is delicious and the service is just perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone celebrating a special occasion to a casual lunch or dinner. Such a treat for me today on Mother’s Day to have eaten here:)
