Van Heusen Factory Stores

This was an excellent place to go to buy clothes at a great deal. We went here both on Saturday and also on Monday because I had to return something. After returning to items, I saw another item that I wanted. The woman rung me up and I forgot to tell her I was a rewards member. I asked her to please void the sale and re-​ring me and she said she couldn’t because she didn’t know how. Really? You don’t know how and you’re left alone in the store? I can’t blame her, I blame the manager. No one should be left in the store without knowing every single function. I mean my gosh it was a $ 15 pair of pants. She told me to come back in 20 minutes. I had to go and I couldn’t wait around 20 more minutes. So now I have to drive up to the Petaluma outlet to get the adjustment made. Not very customer service friendly here. They do have good deals, but what’s your threshold for pain?

I’ve seen these shirts on sale at Ross and Marshalls, but I didn’t realize there would be an independent outlet store, since I’ve never come across one before in my life. We were killing time while waiting for breakfast, and it was actually quite perfect. I ended up getting a great knitted scarf for under $ 15 (75% off) and the boyfriend got a really cute plaid button up that he needed for under $ 20, as he didn’t bring enough clothes on the trip. Double score!

It’s a decent store, and I can usually find something I like for a good price. But it’s annoying having to ask someone to unlock a changing room every time you want to try something on (and the guy who opened it for me & let the door slam shut didn’t seem too pleased, either). Staff is usually friendly & helpful. Inventory doesn’t change much (which has its pluses and minuses).

I don’t know what it is about this place but I ALWAYS find really nice jackets here at great prices.

Came in here the other day with a few friends and was pleasantly surprised.
I always thought it was a store for old people and found that they had a lot of really cute looks that I can wear to the office without looking like a 70 year old librarian.
Small, but a lot to choose from, well-​organized and super clean. The workers were very helpful! Everything was 50−60% off with an additional 20%. Cute dresses that would be only $ 20. I got a super cute top for $ 10.
