Excellent eggplant and ricotta pizza and the owner Pete is fast and efficient behind the counter. Beautiful display of assorted pizzas, rolls, calzones etc. great food from the kitchen as well… Penne aka vodka was the best I’ve had in a long time. Also nice clean and neat dining room

First good slice I had in the area. I decided to check it out after always driving by the sign. I wanted an arugula salad, sadly they don’t have that here, so I decided to just order a regular slice. They didn’t heat it up hot enough but my first bite kept me from wanting to send it back. I’m all about the crunch and the sauce, perfect on both. I hope they add arugula salad to their menu, it goes perfect with and on a margarita pizza. I’d be here all the time.

We went to this restaurant before visiting a pediatrician. The staffs are super nice, and the pizza they recommended are super delicious, while the price is so friendly! Definitely one of the best pizza shops!

I grew up in Oyster Bay and I never saw this place. My brother and some friends were hungry so they took me. When we walked in a saw how nice and clean it was. They had very comfortable booths and the set up of the pizzeria was pleasing to the eye. When I approached the register the guy asked us what we wanted, we are men so we needed something that was killed on top of our pizza! We got a sausage and meatball pie. We also got zeppole’s while we waited for our pie. I didn’t like them all that much so I let my wolf pack devour them. But Pietro’s made up for it’s lack of pasty taste with the pie we ate. It was great! The meat on top tasted like fresh meat. They perfected the art of toppings at this place. The top was soft covered in enough cheese and hot and the flip side had a nice crunch to it without to much burnt crust on the bottom! I can’t say more about the food. I will be back soon to try more of there specialty slices. I am happy my pack of wild carnivorous wolves decided to come to this place.

Ordered delivery twice already. We are all very impressed with our lunch. The only one concern about these deliveries is that we didn’t get any napkin or dish-​ware. Overall, highly recommend!

Pietro’s has delicious entrees (my favorite chicken franchise around) and is a great place to grab casual meal. If you’re not in the mood to go out they deliver.

While the pizza is very good, beware ordering for delivery. I live about a half mile away and waits of over an hour are not uncommon, even at non-​busy hours. Plus, the last time I ordered they left off the pepperoni, charged me for it and then when I called the girl who answered the phone just said, «huh». No offer of refund, nothing. Today, I ordered a pizza at 4:15, it’s now 5:30 and no pizza in sight. I called 15 minutes ago and they told me it would be a couple minutes. 15 is not a couple.

Pietro’s is fantastic! His pizza is the best in Oyster Bay by far!
When you walk in a look through the glass counter, you know you’re going to walk out stuffed! Everything looks and tastes great. I will keep coming back to see Pietro, who I might add is one fine fellow and he runs his ship tight!

Pietro’s is the real deal. I am a Brooklyn girl and stop by pietro’s at least once a week to get my pizza fix. The owner is always there hard at work and the food is always fresh and tasty. Best kept secret in the neighborhood.

While this is only for take out, it speaks volumes to their willingness to accommodate. First the food: Chicken marsala pizza — very tasty, tender chicken chunks in a well made marsala sauce. Eggplant parm hero that was every bit as good as I’ve had in Brooklyn or Queens. Because I had a small child in the car, they actually walked my order out to the car — it may not seem like much, but I really appreciate the extra effort, with a smile, no less.
I will be ordering from here again — beats Mario’s by miles!

The owner seems to really care about freshness and overall quality of the pizza. I stopped in because it’s close to my home and it was high time I stopped in. I had 1 slice of bbq chicken and 1 regular slice. They use a brick oven so you know the crust is nice a crispy. I will be stopping in on the regular now.

Before I didn’t like the pizza but my friend told me they added new ovens and stuff and the pizza was so much like the pizza got a million times better in taste and the service was good I love going here especially when I am doing my laundry

I have been to Pietro’s brick oven pizzeria a few times. I order a Margarita pie, brick oven style … Best in town. We stopped in for some regular slices and now a lunch order of sausage & pepper hero. Food does not disappoint. The 1 negative review makes no sense. Something tell me the reviewer has not man up and take the owner up on his offer of validating a well run pizzeria from an inspection angle

If you haven’t tried Pietro’s Brick Oven Pizzeria your missing out. This is the best pizza you can get in oyster bay N. Y 11 771. Don’t listen to the one bad review. Try it yourself. We highly recommend.

I have only had the pizza which is delicious! We had a lot left so we heated it up the next day and it was still wonderful! We highly recommend the Grandma pizza or the Sfincione (we had never had that before and now can’t understand why other pizza places don’t have it). The owner is lovely! Will definitely keep eating there.

I actually ordered a margherita pie from here and it was the cure. Food was good and delivery was prompt — that’s all I ask for in a pizza joint.
