There was no doctor at all. Instead a nurse practitioner was handling the patients. I went in for an arm injury and had to be referred out for an X-​ray because the technician had called out and would not be in for the next three days. The receptionists was pleasant however she handled business unprofessionally yelling my co pay across the room and asking why I needed to be seen.

I was sick and came here as a walk in versus trying to get an appointment with my doctor that could take a few days/​weeks. I was greeted by a very pleasant staff member and seen immediately. The doctor (or NP I don’t remember) came in and diagnosed me with bronchitis after hearing one breath with her stethoscope. I was given a prescription and was back in bed nursing myself back to health within the hour.
Great staff, knowledgeable team, and great customer service. I don’t want to be sick again, but I would definitely go back if I need to.

I came in to Urgent Care Matters tonight looking for relief from what I expected to be Strep Throat of some kind. Many ladies at the Vet hospital I work at have been calling out sick from work, and one of them actually had strep throat.
I was a bit irritated due to the pain I was in but was in great hands at this clinic. The staff was very polite and attentive. There wasn’t too much of a wait in my opinion even though walk in clinics are usually known for having atrocious waiting times.
I am very pleased with the doctor’s examination and she was extremely warm and personable while talking to me throughout the exam. I regret to say that I do not recall her name and feel very bad about that actually :(
I was even able to get my prescription filled right there at the clinic!
I definitely will remember this place when/​if I am in need of urgent care in the future. :)

When I walked inside of the center I thought to myself, «Wow this place is pristine». It looks so well taken care of and it’s large and very inviting. There was even a place for the kids to play. It was the exact opposite of what I expected walking into an Urgent Care Clinic. This urgent care center was exactly what I needed to get caught up with my healthcare needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about my health issues. They really seem to care about what they do and how it affects you as a patient.
