This Taco Bell was too ghetto, loud personal calls by an employee, the staff just seem like they didn’t want to be there. But the service was fast.

Honestly, from my many experiences with this location, I don’t know why it has 2 stars. I use to work close, and would eat a quick breakfast or lunch here. I’ve always used the drive through and never had a issue(yes they do get busy and sometimes you have to wait, weird how people get hungry!) The staff members I’ve met are friendly and upbeat– this is Taco Bell, not a fine dining restaurant, so for under $ 10, the service and food has been flipping phenomenal ! I will be going back to this location until they give me a reason not to. You go guys!

I’m generally very happy with a Taco Bell. But, this location is a complete mess front to back. The employees are more concerned with answering text messages instead of serving customers. On February 13, 2015, I waited 15 minutes in line to find out the had no beef… n beef?!? How do they even operate without it? I will never return to this location and recommend you avoid them too.

Apathetic staff, unsanitary and small interior, semi-functional soda fountain, no nachos or beans. Took forever to get food. Stale Fritos.

No stars — horrible service… took forever to get my order. The people behind the counter were mostly goofing off

This place wins for best Taco Bell immediately over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Okay, so it’s the only Taco Bell immediately over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. I have been coming to this place ever since I was a little kid and it first opened. It holds epic graduation night road trip memories for me. Just because I look fondly on it in my heart doesn’t mean my wallet nor my heart does. Since the face lift the staff is 100% better and my order is correct the majority of the time. There is one woman on drive through, though, who is quite rude. Since this place can be trusted and the one in Clinton can’t I’m sticking with this one.

So many mysteries. Why does everything here cost 25% more than the Taco Bells in Alexandria and further south in Ft. Washington? Why do the items in all of the combos cost less to order separately than as a combo? Why is it so slow? For a mystery adventure, it’s not bad. For a restaurant… um, to quote Unilocal… methinks not.

After a much needed hiatus, this Taco Bell – formerly known as Taco Hell – made a great return with both a face lift and a new attitude! Before, the dull, gray edifice of this Taco Bell was enough to keep you from wanting to patron this facility. One would quickly reason«if the outside looks this bad, then of course they’re not taking care of the inside!» And you were probably right. The service and the food was completely lackluster only good for a late-night treat outside of McDonald’s if you dared endure the service agony. BUTNOW, the whole establishment has changed. The outside and inside of this place has brightened up considerably with a sleek, modern renovation. Most of my previous cleanliness concerns have been squelched. And the staff seems to have a much more customer-friendly attitude. With the exception of one cashier, I’ve received stellar customer service since they’ve re-opened. Now they greet you very pleasantly over the loud speaker and when you drive up to the window. Good job Taco Bell. They went from being the last Taco Bell I’d ever go to, to the first and only one I can tolerate. Looks like someone listened to all those customer complaints after all! Keep up the good work. ***This review in no way vouches for the general shadiness of the Taco Bell product. It IS still fast food mind you. So don’t come here expecting authentic Mexican. However, if I am going to indulge in the shadiness of quick, cheap tacos, I would at least like a coke and a smile while I’m doing it. And this is now the only Taco Bell in the area that offers just that. They are doing the best with what they’ve got! And I appreciate it. So thank you.

If it would be possible to give zero stars I would, though I suppose they should get one star for showing up to work. I ordered a number 1(2 piece with side and drink). I was told they didn’t have any number ones. When I said«you don’t have any chicken??» they replied they only had dark meat. Which is fine and preferred by me. Then they asked crispy or original and all the other questions. Not sure if he was mumbling or I was just tired but I couldn’t understand him at all! The girl in there with him started shouting too. Really freakin rude. Bottom line. Don’t go here. Please.
