I went to this location tonight and was very disappointed. I waited in the the drive through for 20 minutes because there were cars in grin and behind me. Then I had to wait another 25 minutes to get an incorrect order and then I’m not so sure if my food wasn’t spit in or dropped on the floor. This is the worst customer service ever and I will be calling corporate to complain.

I’m a huge Bojangles fan, and let me just say that there is no better place to indulge in this goodness than in Maryland locations where there is the mac and cheese option. While this may not be the best service I’ve had in the chain, the food is still the tops. Came here shortly before noon to grab a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The chicken supremes here are the epitome of chicken, and to have them at what is essentially a fast food joint makes them that much more impressive. The biscuits and mac and cheese were amazing as well. Service here was a bit lacking, and I would strongly recommend against coming here late at night unless you’re making a quick drive-thru trip, though these don’t significantly take away from the experience. Until all the Bojangles locations are upgraded with the mac and cheese option, I’m left to pine for it and continue to enjoy the chicken supremes at my local location. Get to it, Boj! Overall: 4.0 stars — — — — — Pros: — Food here is amazing, filling, and a great value for the money. — Location is pretty convenient to I-95. — Lots of seating in this location, and it never seems to be busy. Cons: — Service here is not up to par with other locations, though it isn’t necessarily terrible. — Honestly, this isn’t in the best area. You can dine in during the day, though if you’re making an evening trip I’d suggest getting drive-thru and calling it a night.

The Scrambled Egg at Bojangles is great, light and fluffy, the sausage is tasty and the Bo Berry Biscuit is delicious. The coffee was fresh. This location was clean and in good order, the staff was friendly and efficient. The heat in the building was set so high that we(four in our party) felt like we were in a Sauna, I wonder if we go there in the summer if the air would be turned up so high that we would freeze? A decent, low priced breakfast if you are in a hurry.

With a name like Bojangles I figured this place must have some kick’n chicken. Arrived after dark so couldn’t really survey the surrounding area & layout, but it wasn’t too hard to find with the trusty phone map. As I walked in the front door, by the looks of the place, my expectations started to waver slightly Completely empty save for a lone couple eyeing me between drumstick and biscuit bites. Didn’t seem to be anybody behind the counter but I could hear them off to the side taking drive-thru orders. That’s okay, I needed time to check out the menu board anyway. Standard fried chicken fare was the order of the day. An employee came to take my request with a glum look on her face. But she was friendly enough, took my order & money and I waited. I chose to dine in since the drive back was a long one. I found a place to sit, giving the shifty couple plenty of personal space to enjoy what was left of their meal. The tables, chairs and floor were clean which was a good sign. Within a couple of minutes my order was ready. Chicken breast and wing with mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken was good but not as flavorful as the golden crust might lead you to believe. The potatoes were bland even by fast food mashed potato standards. Should have tried the fries. For me this was a one time visit because of the name. Why? Because I’m not out this way often enough and just because.

I’m a fan of bojangles, I like the food and eat it from time to time, not too often since I don’t usually do fast food. The food is what you would expect from a bojangles, it’s the staff that never seems like they want to be there, have attitudes with customers and screw up orders because they don’t listen and are too busy trying to get you to leave. Customer service doesn’t exist here.

Came in & the young girls behind the counter walked past not helping but Stephanie came to assist me with a smile. Joe made the order quickly, I know his name was Joe by the girls calling it out. I would do carry out here again. Very clean in store Stephanie is polite & courteous. The rest need to learn from her.

reminds me of Church’s Chicken back home in the Bay Area. crunchy, hellllla greasy, delicious fried chicken. mashed potatoes were blah. the fries, on the other hand, were fantastic :)

I grew up with Bojangles in SC and was happy to find this particular location on my GPS as I drove home on the Beltway recently. Their chicken is good. Their biscuits are awesome. I like their breakfast biscuits too, especially the country ham and cheese. They also sell their sweet tea by the half-gallon.
