Tara Eisenhauer, Vocal Pedagogue & Soprano

I started taking vocal lessons with Tara after experiencing her class at VC. It’s been a few months now, and I cannot believe how much my voice has changed! My voice has become so much stronger and my technique has improved so much that it makes singing even more fun and EASY again!
She’s always encouraging, while holding me accountable to progress, which I really appreciate. She also has a clear, direct way of explaining things that helps me progress really quickly. I am so very happy that I’ve been able to learn from her experience and wonderful, talented spirit!

I play for a pop punk band and I gotta say Tara opened my eyes to the fact that singing well comes from a solid foundation no matter the style you sing. I’ve had 10 lessons so far and she has built a confidence in me I’ve never had before. I was hesitant at first because our songs have a bit of an aggressive approach to them, however singing is singing and she’s an amazing teacher!

I’ve been seeing Tara for 2 months now. I’ve been singing for years and never took any lessons. In 2 months I can’t stress enough how wonderful the lessons have I been.
Her style is not forceful and she is experienced. She’s great at hearing what’s going on with your voice and different ways of singing.

I have been taking lessons with Tara for a year now, and I have heard and felt incredible results with my voice; she has improved it so much that it sounds nothing like what it used to. I am a soprano, and when I came to Tara, I had all of the high voice and none of the low or middle voice. She has taught me how to develop it, purify it, and make singing so much more comfortable. I love the way my voice sounds now, and I really understand what is going on. Tara teaches in easy-​to-​understand yet anatomical terms, which shows she really knows the voice, along with its muscles and mechanisms. I would whole-​heartedly recommend her to anybody and everybody who wants to sing healthily and beautifully.
