Flying H consistently delivers edgy plays in a so-​close-​you-​can-​see-​the-​performers-​sweat atmosphere. You are on top of (and sometimes in the midst of) the action. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly — it’s quite acceptable to bring in your own liquid refreshments. Is there anything like it in Ventura county? And at a very fair ticket price.

Amazing small theater group.
Plays you won’t see anywhere else in this county. Funny, outrageous, sometimes profane, always thought-​provoking. A true gem for our area. Small venue in a strip mall, another world inside. LOW prices, especially on opening weekends. Come check it out!

Salem, OR
Without a doubt the best small theater in Ventura county. Don’t come here expecting to see a rehash of Guys and Dolls, Call Me Madam, or the Fantasticks. Do come here expecting to be riveted by the likes of Sam Shepard, Edward Albie and Tom Eyen. One word of advice it’s a small theater so dress lightly it can get warm in there during a production.
