I’ve been to different T-Mobile stores but this one is definitely the only one I will go to. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Wait times are hit and miss but store is spacious and they even take your number down and allow you to leave the store while you wait so you can get a coffee or food, they’ll just call you when is your turn and wait for you while you arrive.

If I could give a zero, I would. The staff was helpful the first time (because I got a phone from them) but when the phone didn’t work for me, I went back the very next day to return it, and they wouldn’t let me. They kept giving me the run around on how I could not return unless I paid $ 156. I asked to speak to the manager, and they kept going to «the back» to talk to the manager, and they never came out… I was without a phone for three days, and needing a phone for my line of work is important.
I went to the T-Mobile store at pacific view mall the following evening, and they were more than helpful. They even gave me other alternatives on returning my phone for another, and I left there without having to pay absolutely anything. Yet the Oxnard T-Mobile store said here was nothing they could do… HA! Jokes.

I come to buy a new Iphone. They try to force me to buy their accessary, upgrade my plan, extend warranty… They also keep asking me stupid questions to shame me, intimidate me just like those car dealer tactics so that finally I get tired and give up. After 30′ of talking to them, I was so tired. I decided not to have any business them. I walk out didn’t buy the phone or any service from them. They still charge me $ 170 on my credit anyway without my authorization.

I have always had really good service from everyone that had helped me. They called other stores and we’re happy to let me go there when they didn’t have one of my phones in stock. They have a good selection of product and know a lot about what they are selling. Sometimes it get packed and there is a wait, but I just put my name on the list and head to the Starbucks next door.

Of trouble with other locations but this store always comes through. They’re so efficient and explain everything. Always help me with what I need. Great staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to ask questions about my account (that I have had for over 10 years) and the representative didn’t even ask me for any of my information, just told me that there is nothing she could do to help and I should look online for support. Why do you even have a store front if your employees refuse to assist existing customers?
