Staff is excellent! Especially the young tall male he was very customer service oriented and even though there was a line he greeted me as I came in the door and said I’ll be right with you. 3 stars is for unsanitary practice. I unfortunately got a bunch of tuna in my guacamole and I don’t eat meat. And tuna was mixed into guac so I had no way of picking it out or else I would have still eaten it.

Sooo… here I am, world traveler, extensive tastes, the guy who POUNDS ON THE TABLE ABOUT BUY AND EAT LOCAL.
We came here, asked for a 5 dollar ham foot long, loaded with veggies. We were pressed for time. We were in between destinations.
The sandwich came fast, the vegetables were fresh, the meat tasted good, the bread was good. For 5 bucks. It was clean inside, staff was friendly.
Hate to say it, but honesty (Billy Joel said it’s such a lonely word) plays out.
Good place to get a quick bite of something healthy, fresh and fast.

This is the same place that use to be H. Salt Fish & Chips on Ventura rd. They’ve now converted it into a Subway and I’m definitely loving the new feel. I finally have a healthy option for lunch that’s close to my job ever since Quiznos closed down the street. This place is quiet, It’s clean, the workers greet you right when you walk in & the subs are fresh. They have a special for September only that all footlong subs are only $ 5 (excluding premium and supreme subs) so make sure to take advantage of that if you can.
