Oxnard Shell

Don’t hire dum people to work night shift. The person working did not even understand how to give me restroom key. But let’s be fair. If you use pump and car wash, you will leave happy.

These guys rip you off with car wash tickets. Be careful with the loser manager at this place. He is very rude and will try everything to rob you if every penny when you’re buying from their store. He trains everybody to short change when you’re buying using cash.

Cheapest Shell Station on Rose Ave. Squiges, carwash, hand sanitizer.

With the new car wash they installed here and then quickly removed a month later and installed the old wash there was a bunch of headaches with construction, customer service and refunds but when they worked with me they handled it all very well.
As I have said before this Shell sits right across the street from a very busy Chevron station and seems to always be a couple cents cheaper. Between the two stations I get most of my gas at either one so I figure that deserves a 5 star rating.
If you want me to be really honest I like both this Shell and the Chevron station a whole bunch. The Chevron is very nice when I am leaving for work in the morning but the Shell is on the side of the street when I am driving home from work. Their good customer service is what keeps me coming back to this location.
What really makes going here really hard sometimes is the fact that it is in the heart of one of the busiest intersections in Oxnard… right by Wal-​Mart on Rose and Gonzales Its horrible to get in and out of during peak periods… but it is not the fault of the station that they are in a busy area. To be honest I would think most gas stations in such a busy area would be more expensive but this place seems to keep their prices down. (Compared to other places in Ventura County.)
If you can do yourself a favor and exit on the Gonzales side of the station if you can instead of the Rose side… you just might save yourself a few minutes of drive time.

Gas is gas. You look for the lowest price that is convenient and move on. What makes these guys stand out is the new car wash they just installed. They take a lot of pride in this thing and have a real person help guide your car in every morning. Rare in these economic times. The wash is good for an automatic wash. Although, I do not bring the Porsche in this was, I bring my other cars
