We came to this facility with what remained of our belongings after the majority of it was stolen from a unit at StorQuest in Oxnard. I really liked the Lions Gate facility. The couple that runs the facility is kind and they run a tight ship. The facility is very clean and the units prices run at industry standards. After having our unit broken into at StorQuest, I was relieved to have what remained at a place that I knew it would be safe and looked after.

I compared all the storage facilities in Oxnard and this one is the cheapest and the best, lots of ground floor drive up units. Everyone has always been nice to me, I couldn’t be happier.

The customer service is terrible the man in the front is very rude. He dared to tell my Dad stupid. We were there for about a year always sent our payment on time. Once they did not receive the payment on time because it got lost in the mail, so i called and payed with credit card, they locked our storage my Dad went to get stuff out and he couldn’t I call the office and tell him to please come open he tells me hes busy. My Dad goes to the office 5 min later the man is sitting doing nothing, my Dad tells him can you please open the storage because i do not see you are busy. The man aggressively answers you stupid are not coming here to offend me get out of the office. So My Dad answers I will if you open the lock.
Storquest is around the corner yes a little more money but very friendly and gate ours are longer.

This place is pretty good and the service isn’t too bad either. They really took the time to show us the unit and when the space was too small they did a quick search for a larger unit and provided us the tools necessary to move around the grounds. So over all its pretty convenient and private. I just don’t like turning in there coz a lot of cars come flying by the corner and block the entrance to the facility.
