Businesses come with rough starts, thanks for the apologies and for the sincere offer, also thank you for your service; that I would like to mention was available to reach from even another country. My family member ordered from here and this small, but quaint business helped her out all the way from Japan. They delivered in a timely fashion and even arranged a nice basket.

I Called and Ordered by phone, a nice Floral Funeral Arrangement. Actually talking to the *owner* and discussing Exactly what flowers and Colors needed for the arrangement.
He even told me that because he was already Making and Delivering the Family’s flower order, he would include mine at no charge.
The Flowers were NOT Even Similar to what I’d ordered. When I called to discuss this problem, I was told i did not call soon enough, and He Would Do Nothing to resolve the issue, basically saying… sucks for you!
Any other Florist, having any problems getting the Flowers Promised, would at least Try and resolve the problem with the order. Not just deliver something. as he called it *close* to what I wanted and matched other orders to that same funeral. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!
The Flowers; (all carnations) were substituted, the arrangement was not Full Or Tall as I’d requested, and had NONE of the flowers in his Online Photo!
This is not a Professional attitude at all on his part. This must have happened a lot for him to be so pushy and not willing to budge at all on helping to resolve the issue!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM UNLESS YOU GO THERE AND ACTUALLY SEE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. FOR THE HIGH PRICES HE IS ASKING, YOU MAY RECEIVE THE SAME SHODDY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL TREATMENT, LIKE I RECEIVED WHEN I CALLED HIM!
SHAME ON YOU!
