Bed Bath & Beyond

I find that Bed Bath has a great selection and seemingly never lets you down. I’ve shopped elsewhere thinking that I’d find better prices but invariably can’t find what I’m really looking for. So I end up at Bed Bath and end up a satisfied customer as well.

Going to give this place a 1 star. Usually when I go in I don’t need any help because I love perusing the whole store. Today I went in for something specific for our office break room. Couldn’t find it. Asked someone for help and she pointed me in a direction. Still didn’t find it. So now I go wait in line and an employee named Erica also tries to point and tell me where to go. At this point I’m tired of being given directions so I asked for real help. She reluctantly calls someone to help me. When I get to the register she is helping someone, and then when it was my turn Erica decided to put up a «next register» sign. How rude. I don’t expect much from people but at the very least I like to go into places where people want to do their job. It would be nice if bed bath and beyond employees didn’t expect customers to know their way around the store. We don’t work there. We don’t stock and work there for 8 hours a day. So if every once in awhile you have to interact and actually help someone besides point people in directions «it’s ok». Customers don’t bite.

I’ve come here a few times in the past year while looking for things I need in the kitchen or for our bathroom or bedroom. They always have lots of products, good quality stuff and for a reasonable price. I usually get offered help by at least one employee. This time I bought some baking pans. They had a size I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else, as well as having some sizes I’d found elsewhere but only after much hunting. Though that was the only thing I’d come in for, I also got a new shower curtain (ours was old and gross) and a couple other things I knew I needed to replace but didn’t want to make a special trip for. Walked out with a number of cool things and loved all of them. Thanks Bed Bath & Beyond!

I went to the Bed Bath & Beyond store in Simi Valley never again. I bought 3 things and was charge for four. Didn’t realize till almost home. I live in Oxnard I just kept saying something is not right, It shouldn’t have been so much. The lady in the Simi store charge me to much for a tumbler. I told her it was on sale and took her back and showed her. A nice size sign was there she had to been down and study it. Then she came back and told the other girl they looked at me like I was up to something, I let it go then when I got back home I check and new something was wrong took it back to the Oxnard store and the lady at the Simi store over charge me $ 10.00 that’s a lot. If you have to shop then go to the Oxnard store they are so nice and helpful.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in one of these stores. I waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to open a locked cabinet then spent 20 minutes in the checkout.

I like this store for all things kitchen but it’s kind of expensive. I used to buy my granite cleaner there but it’s so much cheaper at Home Depot even with the 20% off coupon. I went to go get canning items and there canning jars were way more expensive than I can at some other stores. They didn’t have the pectin I needed either.

Always find fun things for the house here at bed bath and beyond although most of the time it’s very expensive. Make sure you sign up for their mailing list and they will send you 20% off coupons for one item!
The day I went, I came home with a bunch of throw pillows. They were all on sale and were a great value. Each one was $ 10 bucks (from the original 20 – 30 $) and was another 50% off so I paid 5 $ for each pillow O_​o
They also have nice curtains but the curtains range between 20 – 30 $ a panel which is extremely pricy in my opinion. They also sell pillow and mattress pads but you might be better off purchasing those at your local Target or Amazon for a better deal.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a cool store… yea that makes me sound old but whatever haha. Anyways I go to this store whenever I need some sort of household appliance. I essentially got all of my kitchen ware here. It’s a great place to buy gifts, especially wedding gifts.
This location is nice, spacious, clean, and has plenty of items to browse through. I came here most recently to buy dinner plates because I recently got robbed and the thief only took dinner plates… who does that? The plates I bought were originally $ 3 a plate but they were on sale for $ 1.50 each (score!).
Also, when you come here, make sure to bring one of those 20% off coupons that come in the mail like… every day… It really comes in handy especially if you buy something like a keurig or a vacuum.

If I come here, I have to come in the morning. I’ve been here a lot lately and realized the morning crew is soooo freaking happy. I didn’t get the girls name who helped me but she had the best service in a long time. I believe she had black hair and glasses… (probably doesn’t help) but I love BBB and all their options. I wish the had a clearance room, not just a little stand.

We were in need of a product from your store and when Suzzanne greeted us and offered to help, we knew we had the right gal. It was not available in your store and she offered to order it for us with no charge for shipping and I could use my coupon. She was wonderful.
I would definitely shop at this store. Hope they take the time to recognize her.

This is one of my favorite stores. The staff is always helpful and knows exactly where everything’s at. If they don’t have it they’ll help you order it no problem. love my bbb coupons. Would recommend this location.

We received really great service last night. Not being my first time here, I went back for a neck massager that I found like a month ago. Only now it’s «massage gadget» season. 20 minutes until closing but the manager helped us find the last 5 in stock and we bought 3. Thank you so much!

Large store, lots of good stuff! The staff is good, at least they seemed to know the layout of the store pretty well. Gotta watch out for that beyond part though… HAHA

They have a great selection of K-​cups. If they don’t have what your looking for, they will order it through THIER website and ship it to your home for free. They don’t have the entire selection of K-​cups but they have plenty and for free shipping, how can you beat that?
