My dryer broke down over the weekend and I waited until Monday to make an appointment well that company had issues and cancelled on me. It was after 4:30 pm I was super frustrated, I have 4 kids, and not too great experience with appliance repair places. I called Am West and I received the nicest most helpful customer service. I asked to make an appointment and the super nice lady told me she would ask if someone will be able to come out tonight. When she returned on the line she told me a technicians would be here in about 45 minutes.
When the technicians arrived he was very professional, he checked out the dryer and gave me a estimate. About 15 minutes later the dryer was ready for me to use. My price was very fair, he let me know exactly what was getting repaired and it works perfectly. I highly recommend American West Appliance Repair they saved the day for me.
