Disclaimer: my friends know the owner here, so we had free tea and coffee, but this is a nice tea room and restaurant with a Filipino touch in some of the dishes. I enjoyed my shrimp stir-​fry, which had good quality veggies and shrimp cooked to just the right point without being overcooked.
