I spent 4 years in a house owned by Red Brick… and I spent most of these four years whining about how bad Red Brick was. Then I grew up, and realized how rare it was to have a landlord that you really LOVE. Yes, there was a winter where the furnace went out in November, but Red Brick did their best to fix it ASAP. Yes, there were small trees always growing out of the gutters, but what do you expect from a college house? If you pay your rent on time and don’t try to use your hot tub as a saltwater aquarium, you and Red Brick will do just fine. Considering what I’ve dealt with since my time in a Red Brick house, they are A-OK in my book.
