The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated with new carpets and bedding. But the location was awful. Right on the highway which was noisy and there was construction in the parking lot. Overall, this place will be on the bottom of the list when we visit Olé Miss.

I think this place is complacent because there just aren’t that many places to stay in this area. It is a dump. It looks like it was built in the 1970s/1980s and hasn’t been updated since then. The carpet is old and worn. The furniture is old. The bathroom is old, the tub has rubber mat imprints, the flooring is peeling. Did I mention the place is old? Wear shoes at all times and bring some shower shoes if you come here. The best part is the complementary continental breakfast. They have boxed cereals, instant oatmeal, pastries, one of the those Belgian waffle griddles, and fresh apples, bananas, and oranges.

This motel is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet is soiled, sticky, with hair everywhere. The rooms stink like cigarette smoke and mildew. The beds are lumpy and the furniture is old and dirty. I would stay anywhere else in Oxford before staying at this place.

Overall, a dumpy hotel. Many things were messed up. Bathtub cracked, shower head broken, towel rack falling off, the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, the remote was broken, and the room smelled bad.

Overall, we had a good experience. Most important, the rooms seemed clean and were quiet(we were on back side away from Jackson Ave). The continental breakfast was simple but nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The price is ok for what you get. There are a few obvious signs of wear & tear all over. Inside our room, the wallpaper peeling up significantly in one spot and some stains on one of the chairs. If you are safety-oriented, like me, you’re going to be amazed that this place passed code because the parking lot has no room for emergency vehicles on one side and especially on the back side.
