My first time getting my hair cut here during the summer of ’15 the lady screwed it up. I ended up fixing it myself when I got home. I figured it must have just been my description of what I wanted. Decided to try once more on 1÷28÷16. Same lady. Same description of what I wanted. Also its noted in the computer system they use what I always ask for. Once again she screwed up my hair. Now I didnt really notice until I took a shower and dried it. Awful. Cant be fixed this time. Luckily its winter and my job is outside so I will be wearing a hat. I DO NOT recommend this particular Great Clips. I will drive out of my way to the 2 that I usually go to in Shelby Twp.
