Although it has been some time(a few months.)since I stayed at your facility, one of your employees(Kim), had helped me out with some issues I was having during my stay at your hotel. I had stayed there twice. My son was a student at the college in Oxford and had to undergo emergency heart surgery. The first time I stayed at your facility, I drove up from Chicago and was able to get last minute reservations and exceptional service by Kim. She was kind, helpful and helped me with whatever I needed while I was there. I found the room to be clean and reasonably priced and the entire staff helpful in every way possible. I want to mention that Kim was particularly helpful. I came back to your hotel at graduation and unfortunately, I had health issues which forced me to cancel my reservation and although your facility was full, Kim bent over backwards to find me a room elsewhere. It is people like Kim that will make me a loyal Best Western customer for life. Thank you for your help at a critical time and my sincerest compliments to the entire Best Western staff.

I recently stayed at these accommodations and found the staff to be nothing but incredibly friendly and helpful. While there is nothing special about the rooms or the complimentary continental breakfast, each and every employee I encountered went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. This was especially helpful as the weather was threatening ice and lots of snow and they helped with my car, directions, etc.

Several members of my family stayed here this weekend to have a mini-reunion while two nieces checked out the college. This is really the only hotel in the area, so they can charge whatever they like, and charge they do. One night’s stay was $ 179.00. Now that’s not a bad price if you are getting a lot of amenities and the hotel is amazing. This is a Best Western, not the Hilton. The towels are tiny, thin and rough. The sheets were scratchy and had some hairs on them(!), and the pillows were lumpy and small. I did not sleep well at all. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging such a high rate to stay in a third rate hotel. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the front desk staff. They were helpful, friendly, cheerful, and really made me feel they were happy to see me. Having said that, I would not recommend staying here because the rooms and amenities are of such poor quality. Unfortunately, families of student have little other choice.
