I went in to take a tour of the apartment and I was shown an upgraded apartment with hardwood floors and decent appliances. I loved the apartment but I wasn’t feeling the price that I was quoted which was $ 929 with one month free rent if I moved in by a certain date. I thought that that was a little bit out of my price range so I didn’t apply. When I arrived at the office it seemed like the leasing agent was visibly disturbed that I was back. I believe that this was because she quoted me a higher price the last time. It has a nice appearance and many apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Plenty of parking. Horrible amount of speed bumps throughout the entire complex with a slew of kids playing outside in the warmer months. The inside of the apartments are clean, semi spacious and relatively up to date. I have heard the prices are in the $ 1000 range, haven’t seen it written in stone yet. Call or visit the leasing center for more information. There is a swimming pool available for the residents of this complex, though it is currently under construction. A racially diverse complex. Doesn’t seem to be any issues between people.
