Summit At Owings Mills

We have been living here for a year now. And unfortunately we have had a great deal of issues with our apt. Repairs can take months to be addressed. Not everyone is trained in making these repairs so they must be redone again and again but only after nagging on our part. Parking is beyond a nightmare with too few spots and those that are available are always too small (and we own 1 normal sized sedan). Management is not proactive when it comes to addressing our needs. There are other apts I have lived in around this area that are far better maintained. The other big issue is that the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor sneeze. No privacy. Which we all desire in our dwellings. One thing that surprised me when we first moved into the building was the high turnover rate of our neighbors. But after a yr I understand why now. If people are unhappy they will move plain and simple.
