Will concur with Brian, I made an appointment with one of their sales person posted at the entrance of Costco in Wheaton for a quote to install 2 skylights. I was told that my wife needed to be present too??? The appointment was made for 10AM, we took the morning off and at 11:00AM still no contractor. I called them and they started telling me that they did not have the appointment scheduled, then ultimately that they do not install skylights… Not even a phone call to cancel the appointment, the individual on the phone ext. 1711 was also extremely rude. Beware of those con artists.

I had them install a sliding glass door. They use products manufactured by Thermal Windows and Doors/​Thermal Industries owned by Atrium. Thermal Window and Door/​Thermal Industries although owned by Atrium produces a very shoddy product. Premier Windows will not service the product. Thermal is supposed to, but they find any way to not service you. They are headquartered in western PA. So, you won’t get a return phone call. They will lie to you. And neither company will service your product. Their lifetime warranty is a joke. And you’ll have to sue them to get anything done. It’s a horrible terrible no good rotten company. And they do poor installation work. Stay far far away.

Installed our roof incorrectly and caused damage underneath. Keep away from this company!!! Interesting how Andrew responds to the only positive review but not to any negative ones to try and correct any problems or issues.
