I must say the customer service here is absolutely stellar!!! We came here two days in a row inquiring about a new 4k television and entertainment system. Between Luis and Norman, we left with the tv we wanted and the knowledge to go with it. Best sales reps and managers know their stuff, and they love what they do. We really appreciated their patience and commitment into making sure we knew everything there was to know about our purchase. We are extremely pleased with the service and friendliness we received throughout our entire buying process. Thank you very much for the award winning customer service. If your in the market for a brand new tv please ask for Luis he still take excellent care of you and yours electronic needs!

I’ve been here a few times and they really don’t try to keep your business. If they don’t have something in stock they will not attempt to get it from another store, they just tell you to drive there to get it. Poor Customer service.

It’s clean… there are alot of name brand electronics, ie. game consoles, games, computers, TVs, cameras, washers, dryers, telephones, radios, music… The staff is stationed to certain areas, and they rotate in Best Buy fashion. Whatever area I stray to, most times a employee will appear out of nowhere asking if I need assistance. If no one arrives just try wandering a little and you should come across someone for help. I like going into the TVs section and chilling on the big comfy faux leather couches. Sometimes it’s good to relax and watch some TV while you shop. Ha!
