Bellagio’s is extremely unprofessional!!! Sierra, the receptionist, argued with one of my co-workers about the $ 2 slice of cheese they failed to place on her wrap. And because I placed the order some«gansta» called my phone back and accused me of cursing at Sierra and said«Fuck all of you». First of all I didn’t call back and secondly no one cursed at her! I coerced my co-workers into ordering from this place instead of Pizza Town and this is the thanks we get??? Will make sure none of my 500 plus other co-workers never order from this place again.

Let me start by saying I’ve been a patron of this establishment for years. My family loves this place and my job orders food all the time for office meetings/parties etc. However after my experience today… I will NEVER give them another penny!!! My coworkers ordered lunch today and my coworker and I split a veggie wrap with cheese. Well they charge $ 2 for cheese but we paid for it and to our surprise *no cheese* was on the wrap. My coworker calls to let them know and speaks with a young lady who proceeds to tell her there was cheese on it because she watched the chef cook it. So this is the 1st issue of many because to remedy the situation… she could have just apologized, offered free cheese on the next order or offer to remake it… something Welp.needless to say… none of those options were given. My coworker hung up. A male employee of Bellagios proceeds to call my coworker who placed the order asking why did she cuss his employee out. My coworker tells him we are at work and called from a work phone. at no time did anyone use profanity. He then says to my coworker …“dont call here anymore and F*** all of you”. *blank stare* I was in shock. Who does that? My coworker called back asking for the manager and was told he is not in but her call would be returned within 20 minutes. That was about…6 hours ago. So needless to say I will let my coworkers know *all 500 of them* to never order from them again. The lack of professionalism and ignorance they displayed is unacceptable. You are lucky to get that 1 star. Unilocal made me give you a star. IJS Shame on you!!!

The pizza is really bad here, the dough tastes frozen the sauce is disgusting and the cheese is super oily and it’s not New York style at all if you want New York style check out brookside pizza which is about 2 miles away. That said everything else here is amazing their wings are amazing their sauces are amazing everything else here is amazing I’ve had just about everything else off the menu and it is terrific I highly recommend it just do not order their discussing pizza. Try the gyro it’s a hidden masterpiece.

My boyfriend and I just ordered the grand slam pizza and some wings(honey bbq and bmore style) and it was all ABSOLUTELYDELICIOUS!!! Best pizza I’ve had in a while. I’m so happy we found a good pizza place. I’ve missed some good thick pizza since I’ve moved here(I’m used to jersey pizza lol!) the pizza was kinda soggy but I figure that’s because of the grand slam having so many toppings so I’m not really mad about that. And the wings were a tiny bit dry but still delicious!!! We will definitely be ordering from here again!!!

We don’t order out much but when we do, we choose Bellagio. The staff is honest and offers valuable suggestions. The wings are always great. The cheesesteak is good, honestly the fries and mashed potatoes are awful. Skip those and you will be satisfied!

Bellagio wings and pizza is a good ’nuff neighborhood option when I’m looking for that greasy food fix. The staff is always friendly(delivery and in store), the place is clean, the prices are decent. I’ve tried a few different options on the menu… cheesesteaks, fries, loaded fries, mozz sticks, wings, and pizza. Everything tastes good, but nothing is «OMG, I NEED go go back.» I’m from NJ, so maybe my bar is set too high for the pizza. All in all, it’s dependable, but not outstanding. I usually end up ordering from here when I’m in a rush or when I’m too lazy to drive further than 1 mile away from my house… or on those«I’m so drained» kinda Friday’s…

Delivery was fast and the cheesesteak was really good but the fries were old and microwaved which made them dry and chewy. They would have gotten 5 stars if the fries weren’t nasty. Plus they left me on hold for a full 10 minutes when I first called.

To start, it’s not a 4 star but it’s prob more than a 3 star. It’s more like a 70% I usually throw away thoses glossy, corporate looking menus stuck in my door Not sure why i saved this one. Prob because they say they use chicken that is never frozen. I have only ever ordered 1x from here Buff Chicken Stromboli Caprese Chicken Salad EASILY2 meals In the buff chicken stromboli, i asked for the hottest wing sauce they had instead of buffalo sauce Not hot in the least, but that seems as if it’s everywhere. If you are going to say«use at own risk, it will melt chest hairs» etc, make it hotter than Texas Pete Stromboli was huge, packed, fresh. Could have used 1 or 2 more things of tomato sauce, but was pretty good Salad was fresh and had fresh chicken(at 9pm) Delivery was fast I’d try them once if you live in the area. No good then chuck the menu as we have many other places in New Town area that are equal

Horrible 1st time experience and the owner was so rude I will never return… let me preface this by saying I have never written a restaurant review before but this experience motivated me to do so. My boyfriend and I recently moved into the new town area and received a coupon in the mail for a free 1 topping medium pizza and 2 cans of soda for being new residents. I understand the concept… offer a free pizza to get new residents to try your business out so they become regulars. And this is exactly what I intended to do, the coupon was the only reason I knew of the place and the reason I decided to check it out. So I called the order in over the phone since I wanted it to be ready after I picked my daughter up from daycare so we could head on home. I explained that I had a coupon and exactly what it said was free. Well apparently I didn’t read the fine print on the coupon which stated it was non transferable, I thought nothing of it, it came to my house through the mail but was addressed to my boyfriend. The fact that it was addressed to my boyfriend didn’t phase me much considering we are in the same house. Boy was I mistaken… when I arrived the staff immediately asked to see my ID when I handed them the coupon, I explained I didn’t have it on me and they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t be honoring the coupon then. When I asked why they needed to see my ID anyway they said they needed to verify it matched the name on the coupon. I explained that should have been told to me when I called it in and explained the coupon vs now because the name on the coupon is my boyfriends. They went and got the manager at this point who treated me as though I was some how getting over on them. He explained the purpose of the coupon is to get new people to try the restaurant, I tried to explain to him that is exactly what I am doing. It didn’t matter though, he wanted to drive it home that I shouldn’t be using the coupon since my name wasn’t on it, etc etc etc but said he would let it slide this time. He ranted on about this being $ 12 worth of food he is giving away free! Then to top it off as I walked out the door to leave I heard him talking about me to the other staff and in front of another customer. I couldn’t believe I was treated this way because my name wasn’t the one listed on the coupon, the service they provided was so awful that I have no incentive to ever go there again. Such a shame that their seemingly generous coupon may have worked to get me in the door but their poor customer service skills ruined it. Now that I got that off my chest, let me rate the pizza… I will be fair and give a honest opinion on the actual quality of it without the bias of the bad experience looming. Basically it wasn’t bad per say, it was edible for sure, but it wasn’t the best pizza ever which is how they advertise it. There was nothing that stood out about it actually, it was just average! Oh well, we eat out often and unfortunately for bellagio they won’t be getting our business again!

This was our first time ordering from Bellagio’s and will also be the LAST. We ordered the medium cheese pizza and 14 wings special on a Friday night. The wings were Mild flavor and we asked for 2 cups of Ranch to go along with it. The order came really quickly for one of their busiest nights for delivery.(Less than 40 minutes!) The pizza was alright and the wing flavor was decent as well. They mistakenly delivered 2 cups of Blue Cheese instead of the Ranch we had asked for. We called the restaurant to ask if they could send the Ranch that we had asked for. Their employee began to argue with us saying we had never asked for Ranch and called us liars when we said otherwise. After arguing for another 3 – 4 minutes, they said they would send Ranch out to us. The driver arrived again about 20 minutes later with a brown paper bag, we gave him back the unused cups we had received, he apologized for the mistake and left. After closing the door, we opened the paper bag he brought with him to find BLUECHEESE cups. While the driver was a nice guy, whoever they have running the store itself needs to work on their customer service. Calling paying customer liars to their faces instead of admitting your mistake? What are you thinking? I will not be ordering from here again, and all of my friends in the area will be advised to avoid eating here. I recommend you order from Brookside’s Pizza instead, GREAT pizza, never had a mistaken order taken from there before, and they’re always happy to serve you!

*UPDATE* We decided to give them another go and I’m so glad we did! This time we only got wings & pizza and they were so good! The unbattered wings are actually crispy, which is pretty hard to come by. As for the pizza, let’s just say I will never be heading to any of the more well-known chain restaurants.

The Owings Mills area doesn’t lack for quality pizza joints, but Bellagio is solid option. I’ve yet to try any of their specialty pizzas, but the cheese and pepperoni pies were well worth the price. The crust is a bit thicker than NY style, and may be my favorite in the area. Not a huge fan of their traditional wings, but the boneless wings are actually pretty good. They are more like flat, wide chicken tenders, but I guess if you called them«Chicken Planks» they wouldn’t sell as well. One big plus they have over the other non chain pizza places is the ability to order online. Just be sure to check their specials and get the deal code before ordering. I’d put Bellagio in my top 3 for local pizza joints. I’d rather go there than any of the chain restaurants for sure.

I love Bellagio! My favorite pizza place in the area. Everything tastes great, the delivery has always been quick, their drivers(the ones I’ve encountered) are very nice, and they have very reasonable prices. I’m happy to see they reopened!

This is one of the multiple pizza places within 2 miles from our apartment but we’d never eaten here before so we got takeout several weekends ago. I’m pretty sure it was long enough ago that it was still football playoffs, and they seemed pretty busy trying to fill orders, especially delivery orders, but takeout was still relatively quick. The pizza was decent, somewhere between NY style and like a thicker pan pizza. They use A LOT of cheese, which I personally have zero complaints about. They had one big positive… corn nuggets… which I could probably subsist on and be happy. And one negative… the«boneless chicken wings» were much closer to breaded, frozen chicken tenders. The sweet chili sauce that covered them was pretty good, but it would’ve been much better had they been more wing-like. Overall, pretty good, and close, and cheap, so we’ll probably be back again.

Those that know me offline know two things about me: 1) I’m very random 2) I love Chicken finger subs (There are more than two things about me but I’m too lazy to keep typing) Unfortunately for me, I have suffered from chicken finger sub withdrawal ever since relocating to DC. Who knew that such an amazing food is such a foreign concept to the rest of the nation? Sounds like a congressional inquiry is in order. Luckily, my constant whining has led to several friends being on the lookout for my beloved subs and searching high and far. The searching has paid off when one great friend and fellow Unilocaler located this spot called Bellagio. Found just outside Baltimore in Owings Mills, the service is friendly as the staff took well with learning and understanding how to elevate their advertised sub(Buffalo chicken sub) into a fairly close replica of a real chicken finger sub. Bonus, they also worked hard to recreate my all time favorite pizza: chicken finger. The chicken finger pizza was pretty good. Their blue cheese sauce did not have the same kick that I’m used to but still decent. The crust had a nice texture balance between crispy and soft. The onions were an interesting addition to the pizza but worked pretty well pairing with the chicken finger. The fingers were cut in small chunks but were liberally sprinkled on the pizza. Their fries were a nice side option and were nicely fried although a little underseasoned. The guest of honor was the chicken finger sub and it didn’t disappoint. Aside from going back home(Buffalo) for the real deal, the closest thing I’ve had prior to this experience was a chicken strip sub from Wawa. Nothing like enjoying a well made sub while taking in the intoxicating aroma of overpriced gasoline. In any event, the sub at Ballagio was well stacked with several chicken fingers and the appropriate condiments(lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, cheese). Real chicken finger subs use povolone cheese but in this case they used american. I’m all for patriotism but next time not on a chicken finger sub please. The sub roll was fresh. The chicken fingers were a little on the thin side but nicely fried. Everything came together in perfect harmony. Overall, a fantastic experience and one I so richly deserved after seven years of pain and suffering. Now if only I can find a local provider of loganberry juice…
