The wings were surprisingly excellent with the sweet sauce The pizza was always spot on The crust is thinner but not cracker thin I am getting more used to the square cut LOL Ledo’s has a simple model, seat yourself, eat good food The bar on Saturday night had no one there, I am not sure it enhances the place And I just had soda with mine Very nice to see the staff and the owner check on us

The food and atmosphere were great. We dined in and had very good service. The staff thanked us and we’re very attentive. We will definitely be back!

The servers are so nice! The tables and floors are always clean, the food comes out fast and is never wrong. Trivia night on Wednesday nights are the best too! So much fun. The counter guys are so polite too

The owner need to be trained on how to operate a business our food was wrong and then she say if we don’t come back today we can’t get a refund when it was her fault the order was incorrect because she couldn’t understand English over the phone the guy at the front counter came from outside never was his hand but tried to give us our food he still have a bad body odor which I’ve complained about before this is my last time ever coming here and I think this place should be closed down until they find someone who knows how to carry on the ledo legacy

I have only been to this location one time and will give it another try. I was the only customer and it took a while for me to get my order of cheese fries. The music was not welcoming and the lady that waited on me was not pleasant. I assumed she owned the place. I had to say thank you as she did not thank me or say anything other than signal me that my order was ready. I didn’t like the taste of the cheese sauce that was mixed in my fries; however, that has nothing to do with my review.

My husband and I have always loved Ledo Pizza, and were pumped when one opened up in the neighborhood we had just moved to. I only ever get the pizza, so I can’t really tell you how the other food items are. I recently discovered that I have a gluten sensitivity, which means I can’t eat anything with wheat flour. Imagine my dismay! I had been to a few pizza places and had their gluten free pizza, but they were all sub-par. But Ledo’s saved the day! Their gluten free pizza is THEBEST!!! It barely tastes any different from the regular one, which is such a blessing! It was great to find a pizza place that really cared about all of their customers! Thank you Ledo!

Food was great. I had the pizza with salami and pepperoni, extra cheese, yummy. I also had an order of wings which was great. My only complaint is that there was no wifi. That sucks everyone has wifi service!!! Needless to say and unfortunately until they have wifi I and my coworkers will not be returning to this particular establishment again… People sometimes have to work through meals. It’s to bad like I said the food was really good

Ledo pizza is always a favorite of mine so after taking my daughter and nephew to a movie in owings mills I stopped at this location. It was pretty crowded in the lot so it took a little while to find a parking spot. When we went in they had a few open tables. This location is the same as all others so you seat yourself. The dining area is a decent size and it was very clean. It took a surprisingly long time to have our order taken. After about ten minutes of watching waitresses walk past us one finally said they would be with us in a moment. Took about another ten minutes before we saw her again. By this time the kids were already impatient 4 and 6 year olds are notoriously impatient. So they were driving me crazy asking for pizza. I needed a beer at this point so it’s nice that they have a bar. When the pizza finally came out it taste about as good as any other location. I would come back just not if I am in a rush.

Came here recently with some family. As soon as we sat down we were greeted by wait staff. Our drink orders were taken and although there was a slight mixup, the quality of food and speed of service definitely made up for it. They catered to our every need until things were perfect. Food was great. Best Ledos in Maryland! Manager even came over and made sure we were taken care of right. :)

Came here again to give this place another try. Again i was disappointed. Pizza is bland. Service was off again. We ordered an app, waited a while then ordered or meals. The boys meal came out by itself. Fast forward 7 min… my meal came out. Fast forward another 10 min and the app came out. Bass ackward. No acknowledgement from our server. The salad was good but didn’t come with all that was advertised on top. Pizza was bland and under cooked. Wings were pretty good. Don’t think we’ll be coming back.

So I was super excited coming here because growing up we had a Ledos near by and I loved their pizza so naturally when I saw signs that there was one close I got excited. My boyfriend and I went the other night and overall I was disappointed. Compared to the Ledos by my house, this one was less inviting and had many operational type issues. First of all where we sat down all of the overhead lights in the section directly adjacent to us were turned off. Not sure if they had just decided to close that section for the night but it made the lighting for our table very strange and direct. I then almost immediately noticed that we were listening to commercials on the radio and was a tad off put. I’d rather listen to nothing than be forced to listen to someone try to sell me a car while I’m eating. When the music came back on I personally though it was very inappropriate for a restaurant setting. They were playing Usher Nice and Slow remix where he proceeded to talk about getting freaky and drop a few words that sound too similar to the f-bomb. None of the other songs played that night were really any better. Not sure what pandora station they had on but please invest in XM radio or some appropriate CDs. Now operational issues aside, our waitress was great and super attentive. They were slow so she had no other tables but she was very nice and professional. She even split our large pizza order in half by the toppings we requested so my date and I had our own trays. She didn’t have to do that but showed that she was really listening to us when we ordered. Was a nice surprise. The pizza tasted good but I think overall was overshadowed by the environment experience. Maybe il try take out at this location but probably won’t be dinning in any time soon.

Food and service were great– the atmosphere could use some work though. E.g. Lights near us were completely off, and the music was a local radio channel(that we were pretty sure played a song that dropped a few f***s) One suggestion to management, invest in SiriusXM or get elevator music goin.

Ordered large half and half toppings pizza, Our server didn’t write down our order and it came out wrong, no surprise. Then when she fixed it by reordering another medium, she charged us for two mediums, which was more than the original large order. To compound matters, my wife ordered diet coke because she is diabetic and received regular coke instead. I don’t mind mistakes, but hate to be charged MORE for them. Also, the bathroom was dirty. The manager was kind enough to fix the mistake on the bill but we got dirty looks from the waitress as we left.

Larger and nicer than I had expected. I got a salad, which was decent. The servers seemed like they could use additional training though. And the food took too long to come out during lunch break.

I have been here twice already. The first time I had the lasagna which was okay. It was not very well season and could have more flavor. The next time I ordered the margarita pizza. I was super excited Bc I adore the Ledos chain and this one is new so I thought they would hit it out the park but, I was wrong. 1st: the pizza was okay. Not the best that it could have been. 2nd: the employees seem very inexperience and unprofessional which is something I think will run this location down. That’s being said they were friendly and apologetic about my food not being ready. I will give them a try again and hopefully get better results.

I wanted to like it, but it wasn’t good. I had the steak and cheese sub and it was below average. I was expecting just a regular cheesesteak like you can get at most halfway decent places that serve pizza and subs, but nope! The toppings were sparse and the steak was overcooked and greasy. The sub roll wasn’t good either. Hated it! I hoped maybe their pizza was actually good, but based on the other reviews here, I guess it’s not. Such a convenient location, but an apparent waste of space. :(

As a pizza lover from NY and New Haven, I was excited to try the new pizza spot. Ordered the 18″ cheese pizza, BBQ wings, and fries last night for take out. On the phone, I reviewed the order with the guy like three times to make sure it was accurate before hanging up. I was so disappointed. The pizza was flat, dry, and boring. I really thought the crust was going to be similar to a thinner Neapolitan/Sicilian. It was some pre-made wheat thin. Yuck! They gave us fried wings and not a sign of BBQ anywhere. The shoestring fries looked like a soggy hash brown by the time we got home. Paid over $ 32 bucks for crap. If you are a pizza lover, don’t waste your time and money going to this place. However, if you enjoy that«pizza for dummies» experience, you’re better off going to Little Caesars or Cici’s. Yuck!

Ledo’s in Owings Mills has a nice atmosphere with a friendly environment. I walked inside to order my pizza, and they said it was going to be a 30 minute wait. Part of it was because I ordered it on a Friday evening at 530, and also since they opened up a couple days ago, I’m sure they’re still working on training the staff. I not a fan of crusts on pizza, so I’m sure I will order from there again. I will just call it in ahead of time.
