I’ve eaten here several times. The food is more tex-​mex style, and delicious. All the servers I encountered were friendly and quick. The food always comes out fast, and the drinks come out strong. I would definitely recommend the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail and a margarita on the rocks.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Brought family out tonight for dinner and movie. Ordered a basic cheese enchilada platter. Waited almost 25 minutes and it comes out cold. Give them a second chance and 20 minutes later the next one comes out… (drum role) COLD!!! I gave up! Going to movie with no dinner. SUCKS! Place has gone down hill on service and food delivery. Very sad.

I love this place. The food is delicious. The only bad part is dealing with the hostesses. They’re usually rude and really short with you. Other than that it’s great!

Came here for brunch after church on a Sunday and it was packed! Luckily we were able to get a table before anyone else since we had a smaller group of people that needed to be fed.
My cousin took us here because she said the food was great and she got either an enchilada or a burrito and she loved it! My girlfriend ordered the chicken fries and I got the chicken fajitas. Wasn’t impressed with the chicken fries. It was plated like you ordered chicken tenders and French fries. When I think of chicken fries, I think of how I’ve had it at other Hispanic restaurants and that’s fries with a pile of grilled chicken on top and toppings such as cheese, pico de gallo, etc. Disappointed in not having the real deal.
Chicken Fajitas will always be chicken fajitas. They’re always good and you just can’t complain. The food was nothing to go crazy about. One thing positive about this place are their servers. So funny and friendly and willing to check every 5 – 10 minutes.

Decided to take a stab at Plaza de Toros again for lunch recently. Had the same thing I had last time, figuring I might as well be fair.
Much better experience. Service was good, food was better. Beans were still grey but they had a good flavor. Enchiladas were good. Rice was marginal.
Overall, I was satisfied. I won’t hesitate to go back here.

We sat on the patio and it was very nice. We felt bad that we came in 30 till closing but still received good service. The food was excellent!

One of the best places in town to grab a bite and a cold one. Family friendly dining area, nice bar, great patios. Food and service are great, family owned and ran, Mila, Frank, Rupert, and Efrain do a great job. The entire staff is great and friendly. My family eats here weekly at minimum. Caritas are ridiculous, and come hungry, portions are huge. Weekday lunch specials are really well priced ($ 5.99−8.99) and will fill you up.

I’m hesitant when it comes to Mexican food because lately, I’ve been thinking all of the restaurants are the same, there’s no excitement to them, so I stopped going. I went along with some friends & it’s a spot I’ve never heard of so I was hoping that it changed that state of mind for me, & it did. I forgot the name of the dish I ordered (& there’s no menu to be found online, even on their website) but it was incredible. It consisted of shrimp & tilapia, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeños & ceviche sauce (which was very good) wrapped & deep fried in a tortilla. Melts in your mouth & they’re not stingy with the shrimp & tilapia at all, which is a plus! Came with refried beans & rice, both were good as well. Their menu has a very large variety to choose from, so more than one visit could be possible. All in all, good service & good food. I enjoyed it.

Great food but terrible service. The last time we were there the service was terrible. The manager waited on our table while the new guy tried to find his way back from the restroom. Hopefully, the next time will be better.

The first time I tried this restaurant it was a very cold day and the sleeting had cancelled my Friday plans. I thought about dropping by instead of heading straight home since I was craving tortilla soup.
So! My plan was to sit at the bar but I noticed if was 8:15pm when closing time is 9pm. No one wants to be that annoying customer that walks in at the last minute so I figured I could simply order take out.
First of all, the hostess didn’t even greet me. I had to initiate all conversation and even prompt her about what my options as well about the fact that I needed a menu.
An hour later, I was still waiting in the lobby for my food. I wasn’t in a particular hurry so I never asked about it. The manager came to check on me surprised that I was still there. It turns out that my food had been sitting on the counter all along and it was probably cold too. The manager apologized and didn’t charge me for the food (great way to solve the issue if you ask me!).
The tortilla soup was all right and the Mexican tacos were really good so no complaints about the food.
I really like what they did with the place, they did a great job with the remodeling. They just need to smooth out the service.

This was our first time to come here and it was a pleasant surprise! The waitress was friendly and frequently brought refills rather than you having to ask constantly. The salsa was peppery and hot. The queso was thicker than most but had good flavor. When my enchiladas came, they had wonderful flavor. The meat was bursting with flavor which is uncommon for most. The beans were smoky, but the rice needs work. It reminded me of Oriental rice rather than Mexican rice. Overall, a great choice and a welcome addition to Owasso!

Went here last week with a group of 5. The hostess team at the counter wasn’t the most friendly bunch I have encountered. The wait was short and we were seated after about 5 mins. The waitress was very nice and helpful. More helpful to the others working there it seemed. Two other employees stood behind her next to a table needing cleaning. That table had a stack of about 8 menus on it. As our waitress finished taking our order and our menus from us, she went and picked up the stack of menus on the dirty table as the 2 girls looked on. Our waitress was a hard worker and we felt bad that none of the other staff was helping her with anything.
So what about the food? The food was all pretty good. I had carne asada that was top quality with great seasoning, cooked perfectly and perfect veggies with it. The beans tasted a little bit like bacon which was a bit unexpected. The rice was good as well.
During our meal the dirty table behind us was cleaned and then had another tabled added to it. A large group was sat there but in creating this long table they had cut off one of the 2 aisle ways out of the bar area. I am going to attribute all of this to «growing pains» and getting used to operating the restaurant in a new building, environment, new staff etc. We will probably give it another shot.
