Well, the day BEFORE my appointment, I received a call for confirmation. I had just gotten back from the ER less than hours before the call, so I’m pretty sure it is a little more important to take care of that…
When I communicated that I may need to reschedule due to the hospital, the response was: «it would have been nice to know.»
Really? You expect me to call you right after I have an emergency? Most other offices would be understanding and simply move the appointment or at LEAST try to hide the annoyance. It is the day BEFORE, over 24 hours away. Good thing there are plenty of other locations that offer their services. Way to lose two potential clients.

Fantastic spa! Service — from Genet at the reception to Emmy and Jennifer who did massage and facial — was all exceptional. Jennifer gave me some great advices on how to take care of my skin which she really didn’t have to… Atmosphere in the spa was very pleasant and relaxing. I was extremely happy with everything they did.

First off not all «spas» are created equal. This spa has a board certfied physician right there and I can tell you it is very reassuring to have a highly skilled physician running this operation. Dr. Cantrell is doing laser hair removal of my face and after 2 treatments I see a huge difference… why did I wait so long? Dr. Cantrell takes time to explain everything to you, which I appreciate. Who knew that your hair does not grow all at the same time– that why you need repeat removal procedures to get the hair when it is actively growing. She does not farm out this procedures to staff who has a 10 hour training class – she does it herself. Her staff is wonderful. I recently had a mini glycolic peel and microdermabrasion done by Christine, a licensed and trained aesthetician and my face feels as soft as a baby’s bottom even though I am 59 years old. I had heard horror stories from other women my age about how their skin was rubbed raw and it was bright red AND the procedure was painful. Nothing like that with me! Christine is a very professional and personable. You can tell she loves her career. She was gentle and efficient and I left with a beautiful face. I loved it!!! Us older gals need a little extra help and the MedSpaPlus has a huge arsenal of tools to make you look great.
