All I can say CUSTOMER SERVICE was SUPERB by Vi the front desk attendant! She went above and BEYOND to find a better deal for us at a different location! Words can’t express how much we appreciated Vi’s kindness and honesty. If your looking for a storage place that is nice, safe, and well maintained look no further!

I moved into my storage unit about six months ago, it was reasonably priced and close to my current apartment. I had intentions of moving in the area but ended up moving three hours south and no longer needing the unit. I had spoken to 3 different people about moving out of the unit and my best options of doing so and they all told me different answers. I spoke with the manager and she was extremely rude and snappy with me, she had horrible customer service. I am so unhappy with this facility I cannot wait to move out of my unit and I do not suggest them.
